That could be for better or worse, take Angela Merkel, for example. According to many people's opinions, she embodies the quote from Conrad. 2	My University is allowing a deliberately sexist event to take place I think it is largely a cultural difference. Asian culture often has people constantly doing tests and studying, even young children. I think the biggest difference is sharpness of the mind at the time of the test.
