I look at how my family and acquaintances have reacted to the black lives matter movement and wonder how the BLM people don’t realize how they are making the whole situation so much worse. Publicly being the face of “all black people” (of course they aren’t, but for a lot of people that’s what they see/hear most) and acting how they act has just made more people dislike blacks. I would say calling someone out about any bad habit in an aggressive way could/would be considered an insult. The main thing that disappointed me was the fact that she didn’t put the fat “lifestyle“ in a negative context. If you are fat and fine with living that way with the risks and negative side affects that’s fine. I could stand to lose some weight myself but I’m never giving up bread... I just don’t like the idea of teaching children that there is no problem being fat.
