Good luck with that, Congress has been so split along party lines that getting any laws through would be next to impossible, judicial is interpretation of the laws, however, most of the justices on the Supreme Court, are all right wing so they would most likely shut anything down that supports abortions. Then theirs the president but again he is politically on the right and is against abortion because of his mostly evangelical Christian audiences.
