This is his twitter, he’s been live tweeting each day as the trial happens, but he also got ahold of the trial transcripts and posted somewhere on his web site. https://twitter.com/nickwallis?s=21 Parts of it are difficult to read because they work so hard to smear him (they’ve got good lawyers) but overall they haven’t been able to prove their case. I’m pretty sure he’ll be back at it Monday.

It’s not bad at all. Her side had their whack at him for three days, that’s over now. They only managed to show he had a drug problem so far (which he freely admits). Her lawyers are aggressive but they don’t have much real evidence to work with. They mostly just tried to trip him up on the stand which didn’t work. Some of her photos/recordings also seem to have metadata that isn’t matching testimony, I’m sure his side will pick that apart. A lawyer who weighed in said the Sun hasn’t shown any p…

The women’s groups are all backing her even though it’s obvious she lied. Metoo is still slandering him and her lawyers in the defamation trial are from the times up legal defense fund. All women’s groups and media are trying to cover this up, but so far the trial is still set for August and he’s got amazing lawyers and a truck load of evidence. They’re all going to eventually sink with her ship.

He is, for $50 million and the trial is set for August in Virginia.

Actually, they are everywhere twisting themselves into pretzels trying to justify her behavior. Wait until the next tape is leaked. There are over 70 recordings (plus other evidence). The evidence released with the lawsuits will pull everyone’s head out of the sand.

The defamation trial against her is in August and he’s suing her for $50 million. She’s desperately tried multiple times to get the lawsuit dismissed and it hasn’t happened yet. If her latest attempt fails (the judge is ruling on it soon) She’ll at least lose her career after the lawsuit, if she hasn’t already.

Good news, he’s doing exactly that. His defamation trial (by jury) is scheduled for August in Virginia and he’s suing for $50 million. She has a hoard of times up lawyers on her side but he has tons of rock solid evidence while she has submitted exactly none. His lawyers have stated he won’t settle. It only get’s getter from here as apparently he has more evidence to release.

She’s not really exaggerating either. I’ve worked with plenty of type-A male coworkers and bosses that act nothing like that though. I could never figure out why this is, but I have a theory. I wonder if playing team sports conditions men to be better “team players” as that’s what is expected of them. No matter what happened or how much you dislike the other team you have to put on a good face and say “good game”. You can’t hog the ball and pretty much are expected to cooperate with each other. …

I guess a lot of subs are echo chambers, so I’ll just be more aware of where I post in the future. It’s OK, the truth will come out but it will be interesting to see how they react when it’s proven that one of their high profile feminist leaders is a liar and actually perpetrated domestic abuse herself. I was only trying to make them aware if this possibility. I agree, most of them have some kind of hatred toward men in their lives, therapy would serve them better than becoming a feminist. Women…

My daughter is BPD, at least she is aware of it and has told her boyfriend her diagnosis who’s hung in there. She doesn’t lie or try to hurt others (although there’s a lot of lashing out when she feels “wronged”, which happens often). The histrionics are really hard on her son, although he lives with me and I try to be a buffer. I had looked into DBT therapy for her. I was just wondering if it really is effective and if it requires life long treatment. She said she doesn’t want to commit to some…

Yeah, he submitted his evidence to court (which is what a domestic violence victim does) and she submitted hers to tabloids, where the low-information public gobbled it up.

Yeah, I try to be an informed person, but I apparently didn’t get the memo that a war between genders is going on. I have the right to hate men as much as anyone with what I’ve been through, but I just hate liars and selfish people (male or female). Seems like the feminist war will only end if they all go into therapy because “equality” isn’t really their goal.

I found a thread about talking this on a subreddit and pointed out that as a female domestic violence survivor myself, I always had believed Amber Heard was lying. I said I was glad the truth will come out in court (instead of just tabloids like before) and hopefully Depp has evidence to prove it. I felt like my opinion is valid considering I’ve survived life threatening domestic violence situations. Well, it turned out to be a radical feminist subreddit and boy did I get an education in “femini…

100% correct. Her entire “story” sounded wrong. She didn’t do anything a real domestic abuse survivor would do. I couldn’t believe so many people fell for it, many domestic violence survivors (like me) saw right through her lies and were outraged. You don’t always have to “believe the woman”. You listen to both sides, look at the evidence and then figure out who’s telling the truth. That’s what Johnny Depp is doing now in court. Amber Heard could have taken her “evidence” to court but she would …
