If 2 cats play with each other and one falls down, it's not your fault, that's what cats do. But if you purposefully THROW your cat to the other side of your room, it's animal abuse and it doesn't matter if the cat got hurt or not. Also, force feeding your cat vodka (alcohol consumption could easily kill a cat) is 100% animal abuse too.
