And don't forget hormone disrupting chemicals which are methodically eliminating our ability to reproduce. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2021/mar/28/shanna-swan-fertility-reproduction-count-down

r/castaneda is very compatible with the MGTOW mindset. It rejects the "happily ever after myth," and the agricultural mythos that is embodied by the nuclear family and forced servitude to societies expectations. It is a super-hardcore mystical path. And it actually works, and is personally testable if practiced as prescribed. Unlike most every other analogous system out there that professes siddhis or high-level potential, but never actually delivers on the scale of a single lifetime.

The gaul of believing they "understand" what traits are most needed. How many genius engineers whose designs have improved or saved the lives of millions, had the face/body of an A-List actor and the overactive-libido to match it. Damn few. If society was entirely composed of the byproduct of the traits these woman have self-selected for, we'd be living in the movie Idiocracy...for reals. Left to their own devices, woman are their own worst enemies. This used to be corrected for thru the interve…

And they are spiritually lacking---they seem like NPCs for the most part Should be restated as "And they are way too focused on the material world, seldom questioning their ingrained motivations/feelings." ie. tending to behave without reason, remorse or accountability

There have been a few studies of monastic communities, confirming the low rates of prostate cancer. The "clean living" and low-stress was postulated to be a stronger contributor to those lower rates, more than making up for the stagnant prostate situation. So if you have little interest in clean living or low-stress, you basically have to fap 2-4 times a week to clear out the problematic compounds that are a byproduct of more mainstream living.

The problem was finding enough individuals who fell into that third group, the die-hards (wink wink) who didn't ejaculate often or at all. Not exactly something most would volunteer to let the world know. And since they had such a difficult time finding subjects, there were only enough for one clinical study. More research would be nice, as it's been mostly limited to monastic communities instead of the general population.

I did a ton of research into this last year. First, the medical consensus is that the only supplements that can be clinically proven to aid prostate health are Vitamin C and Zinc. Second, that the group that ejaculated 2-4 times a week had lower cancer rates than the 2-4 times a month group. But what no one volunteers is the info on the third group: those who didn't ejaculate at all. They were either found to have the same decreased risk as the 2-4 times a week group, or even lower rates because…

You can't keep pouring MGTOW/redpill/blackpill bleach into your eyes and continue to see the world clearly. It will eventually darken your view of things until you too become a perpetual victim like the extreme feminists. It's meant to cleanse your culturally programmed false assumptions of women; an aid towards your new and independent life and a map that you keep in your pocket without choosing to look at it's content rather than the path ahead of you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
