The "clean living" and low-stress was postulated to be a stronger contributor to those lower rates, more than making up for the stagnant prostate situation. The problem was finding enough individuals who fell into that third group, the die-hards (wink wink) who didn't ejaculate often or at all. Not exactly something most would volunteer to let the world know. And since they had such a difficult time finding subjects, there were only enough for one clinical study. First, the medical consensus is that the only supplements that can be clinically proven to aid prostate health are Vitamin C and Zinc. Second, that the group that ejaculated 2-4 times a week had lower cancer rates than the 2-4 times a month group. But what no one volunteers is the info on the third group: those who didn't ejaculate at all.
