I'm glad you're having a good evening. Me too, tbh.

I broke no rules. He claimed I was "moralizing", but it was a purely epistemological criticism. This thread got nuked because they're part of the same sphere of hypocrites. They're happy to viciously criticize modern culture and scream foul when they're censored, but do the same to them and they'll censor you just as hard.

Lol you're just winding me up, right? This is the post that got me banned: POST As I've said repeatedly without rebuttal, TRP paints no end game. Just "everyone else is so wrong and we're so enlightened". It's a dogma product, not a solution product. Which is actually apt. The "red pill" is a reference to The Matrix movie. And The Matrix ends in Neo either dead, or reabsorbed by the machine (depending on interpretation of the ending). END POST I'm guessing you are just screwing with me, so I won…

So the terms they ban on indicates nothing about their philosophy, by the rule "actions speak louder than words"? TheRedPill refers to swallowing the truth, or 'enlightenment'. Any theories stemming from that must be consistent with it. Banning criticism is therefore evidence their entire body of theory is false. So I'm debating their entire body of theory is false, since only false theories need forceful silencing to exist.

This sub is for debating TRP, correct? Am I debating them on their fundamental premise of being 'red pill' or not?

I'm debating them on who they claim to be. They're liars. Yes Reddit's an echo chamber, and they spend plenty of time criticizing that, and therefore I'll call them hypocrites.

You shouldn't ban people who are criticizing the sub within its mission statement and core rule: for the benefit of men. Otherwise you'll drift away from that with an increasingly twisted concept of that, because criticism gets silenced, and the ship can't right its course. Which is basically why you even exist: that exact problem playing out in the real world. Critics aren't assholes unless you believe you can't be wrong. In which case my accusation of dogmatism is just being proven true.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/18 06:49 PM

They have no rule against criticism, because they can't without appearing hypocrites, so they weasel a reason why you've supposedly violated one of the other rules.

I'm butthurt that they're liars, presenting themselves as something they're not, and young men in need of guidance are buying it.

The 'red pill' they refer to is from the movie 'The Matrix', where Neo swallows a red pill and gets awoken into reality. Basically 'enlightenment'. And their 'enlightenment' needs forceful silencing to stand on it's own merits, apparently.

It still means the info there is correct enough you won't find another more accurate 'truth' about sexual strategy. Of course, the 'truth' must be defended by forcefully silencing critics. Riiight....

This is the land of the lowest common denominator, so no. I just find hypocrisy like that pretty effed up. That's on par with punching someone in the face while loudly proclaiming your peaceful nature. Not the first time I've seen supposedly pro freedom of speech and open discourse groups or individuals slam down free speech and open discourse with an iron fist though sadly. I guess people in general can't help but end up pieces of shit, despite their original best intentions to the contrary.

It's actually the result of the mixture of both. This is why you see the rule "the poor are democrats, the millionaires are republicans, and the billionaires are democrats". Anything that forces people to work, be it debts or payment obligations, feministic "career trumps marriage", illegal immigration, or anything else, brings down the cost of labour, which is the primary cost for large businesses, and therefore the primary limiter of profits for the rich. This is the core reason why the left h…

It's telling that this pissed off people here, so they downvoted it like in a typical drone subreddit like [removed because apparently you can't link to subreddits here]. So much for the claim of being "Red Pill" enlightened. Correlation, does NOT imply causation. And would you feel that? A crying daughter, would be no different to a daughter who doesn't show up out of disrespect, which would be no different to there being none at all? A beloved wife sat beside you, who will miss you, would be no different to a list of tinder bangs you kept from your twenties, 50 years ago? And the difference in those feelings in that room, would reflect nothing upon the meaning of your life when it was over? Deny nature like that, and you're no better than the leftists. …

You'd be surprised. Search google for (I forget) something like: "100% profit margin on advertising dick pills". Guys, believe it or not, are actually buying them. He got done by the FDA (because obviously dick pills are a fraudulent product), but it was $1 in in ads, $2 out in sales.

This all just indicates problems with the school system. The easiest way of avoiding all these problems is just teaching everybody, male or female, how the world actually works while they're young, preparing them, instead of pissing in their faces by teaching them about useless crap like how to ignite a Bunsen burner or who was the president in 1821.

The platforms put up ads related to the effects of porn or the motives for watching porn. Ads for erectile dysfunction pills (due to watching porn), dick growing pills (due to feeling their dick is small due to the guys in the videos), 'meet girls in your area' ads (because lonely guys). Etc. Kind of like drug dealers selling addiction help. The pornstars make money from prostitution. You're here to learn, not pretend you're wise and above other people. Otherwise your victory will be hollow, and you'll one day regret thinking pretending you're wise on the internet was worth something. investing huge amounts of time to merely "stick your latex-covered dick in as many organs as possible", which is the only discernible pattern in attitude here, is such a garbage sexual strategy, that it puts that motto into question. Being aware of all the background moves and behind the scenes psych stuff going on in my life has hrought me more happiness than anything. Fulfillment. What? Really? For me it's just made me feel more like life is shit. It's all true, of course. You realize that even your own parents were abject enemies, painting themselves as allies. The better "high" to chase would be contentment and accomplishment. Yes. I have to question you - do you let women cuck you, then you over look it because you care about happiness? You would recognize she is a destroyer of happiness, and your enemy, and delete her from your life. But in OP's case, the girl doesn't sound on that end of the spectrum. It sound much more like he was the one who spoiled things.

Perhaps then they should provide an alternative. If a doctor says "this medicine has a 50% risk of death", and then says "not taking the medicine has 100% chance of death", you should still ignore the risk and take the medicine. Until TRP provides an alternative and time-comprehensive course of action, they should be treated with no credibility by anyone who wants a good life.

I actually just responded to that thread. I said "condolences on impregnating an evil psychopath". Which got me immediately temp banned. And then? Your philosophy cannot possibly bring you happiness. Only misery, resentment, the feeling of you versus them. You're going to die alone, OP. You're going to lie on that death bed, alone, thinking "yeah, I bust so many nuts, yeah... I'm... happy... right...". Happy about that? You're going to be a miserable withered old man, waiting for the cardiogram to flatline, after which no one will give a shit. Hurray. At least you didn't get one-itis.

Here's a thought: suppose you carry out the red-pill mindset. Banging a bunch of chicks, all contraceptively of course. "You're only as good as your last bang". Building up your notches. Self-improvement so you can build your notch count faster. How does that end, when you're alone on your death bed? Will you look back and think "yeah... It's not true. It's just not as clear the ways in which people dominate each other as lions or lobsters or whatever. 48 Laws of Power talks about this. If you're just really competent at your job, you risk victimization (being used to someone elses benefit). Competence has to be maneuvered into dominance. Also I think there's something off about Jordan Peterson. Has anyone noticed that he never smiles? That most of his talk is about negative things?

Junk bravado. Every man for himself is a race to the bottom. Which is why rules exist. Try chasing women with wingmen using the bro code of "every man for himself" and see how long those wingmen stick around. Pure every man for himself results in contemptible individuals like white knights & Weinsteins. It would be comical if a men's interest space disrespected the traditional role men play in laying down just rules and codes of conduct in society. But there will be no 'movements' coming out of …

The issue is in the name. When all you try to do is conserve the way things are, while the other side keeps swinging the wrecking ball, things obviously can't get better. How did you indentify which market to target? I've recently done some web scraping work on websites that list sales statistics on their products, and it's a complete hockey stick. Most products, thousands, making next to nothing, and the top few making huge. (It's true execution is critical, but if you execute full bore on the wrong thing you risk burning out and ending up in survivor bias statistics.) Half way there. The solution is taking wide, deep, varied action for a sustained length of time. The fact that most actions will "fail" (not product a jackpot result) is obvious: it's a less likely combination. But it's not the goal, and I think a lot of guys take the "fail is OK" mantra too far, where they think they'll take more action if they can convince themselves that failing is good (a lie). Depends on what's been discriminated against. Discrimination is not negative by itself. If you're being discriminated against for your lack of assimilating into "have a shower" culture, or "speak in a way people can understand" culture, fault is yours. If it's because of the colour of your skin, fault is theirs.

Facial fat pulls on the skin of the face constantly due to gravity, aging the face faster. It also covers the cheekbones and jawline, reducing attractiveness in the present too. So lose it.

I think the problem is the kind of "indignation" that pervades men coming from India. Hard to think of the right adjective, but I think that's the closest. There's this kind of vibe of "complain but do nothing". I don't know the root cause of it as I'm not fully acquainted with the culture. The reason they have faults like you mentioned is because of this dogged refusal to accept responsibility for the way others see them. The "indignation" I mentioned: they think they can be exactly as they are…

I've heard of more men getting rich of startups in engineering than in medicine/law etc. If you're going into engineering, you should be aiming to join a startup, the best you can get into. The issue with a doctor/dentist, for instance, is that whilst it's very high paying (in a specialty), it takes until 35 to get there, and you'll be laden with heavy debt on the way. You also only get the money so long as you're working. With engineering, there's more opportunity to become a engineer businessm…

Good you know what to do, hope you're carrying it out. Logging your hours is a good way to hold yourself accountable. Also on the porn stuff, it's symbiotic with your busyess. Busy men don't have time to think of "consuming porn". There's a reason the English use the word "wanker" as a pejorative. So really it's more a case of "replace" than "stop X and then do Y", i.e. it's concurrent, if that makes sense.

That'll be the idea; if anyone shows up pretending to want to change, or looking for validation or a shoulder to cry on, they'll be rapidly shown the door. But I don't agree I need to lead by example (although I basically could). The examples are already set by much greater men than me, my principle is simply "do as I'm told" (follow their examples).

But you're not looking for him to get good grades. You're looking for him to win in life. School has decoupled from this massively. You start a business to make more money (which you later spend); in an emergency or taking time off work, you spend the money. Your money will be spent, the only question is how much you make, and how it will be spent. Inheritance is in a way "forced spending everything you have left on your kids", if you don't spend it before you die.

Getting rich slowly from compound interest is a false lesson. Indeed getting rich slowly even by itself has little virtue. What use is $1M when you're 60 by living frugally? The fact you're studying has nothing to do with him. His job is only to assign work based on what's best for his division, as he'll be held accountable and rewarded for his division's results. It could be that that guy is a better worker, and he asked for more work, so the boss gave it. Alternatively they could just be friends, in which case that's life. Marketing can have one of the best returns on investment. If you already have a running business that's making sales, marketing can offer returns that make any other investment look worthless (i.e hundreds of percent). Another can be employees. If you've seen some of the rates a business can receive for an employees work versus their salary, it's again an ROI in the double or triple digits.

1) How many times a week did you gym, and what was the full routine once you got in there? 2) What was your diet modification? Did you tally your calories with MyFitnessPal? If you actually answer those, you'll be the first guy who ever did so far. I've posted similar questions to other "hey guys help me" posters in different reddits, and they never respond again. The first thing you need to change is totally honesty with yourself. If you cannot be honest with yourself, you have zero chance. The…

I think guys get too caught up on these self-created classifications. Do you think the winners are constantly pondering "is this 'alpha' or 'beta'"? No, they don't even know what that means. You need two things to sustain good conversation: 1) Good repertoire of questions. Both breadth and depth. You should be able to ask in-context questions for literally an hour straight without running out (not that you will actually do that). Deep-diving questions, and being able to smoothly switch topic whe…

Alcohol's drug classification is a depressant. The richest man who ever lived, Rockefeller, had only one demand for his daughter on her wedding: never to serve alcohol in her house. The current president of the US, a billionaire businessman, also never touches it. And if you want to go back real far there's Muhammad, who firmly banned it because it was impeding his soldiers' performance. Not consuming a depressant can obviously give you an edge over those who do, and help give you a bit more pow…

I'm kind of confused what OP was implying everyone else does. Something like men are talking to women like they do a puppy or a robot or something? Strange fellow...

Not to mention tireless. 500+ women? Jesus... You'd think he'd get over it by Ms 400. But really I get the feeling this is the beginning of a run that culminates with "buy my ebook".

The only men that can be blamed for a society of promiscuous sex are the fathers. There is no logical reason why a man in the dating market can be blamed, because the ease of starting sexual relationships is governed by women, not men. And regarding the "Red Pill", my understanding is, according to the original Matrix movie, it just means "be enlightened" versus "be in the dark about the truth". That doesn't imply any specific sexual morals. And it's impossible to ascertain a question like "if e…

If someones tries this special "talk to women like a person" technique, and also looks like Steve Buscemi (but minus the fame and money), can they also sleep with more than 500 women?

Try to "zoom out" in those situations. It's no good continuing to interact in the original topic when they're insulting you, address the issue of them insulting you for your political opinions. You can also reflect it back on them. "If your political position was strong, would it need insults to defend it? Or would it stand on its merits? OK, so shall we stick to the ideas?". Another thing you can do is bring attention to the absurd proportionality of their response. How people with zero politic…

How are you responding to the people who do this? It sounds like you're letting them get away with it. When someone pulls you aside to inquire why any woman would like you, are you telling them what to do to themselves? When strangers come up to you to ask why you're with that girl, why would you joke and smile? It should be closer to staring them in the face with no smile and saying "because your mom is worn out". It sounds a lot like you're broadcasting weakness, and failing to stand up for yo…

In defense of fact, women do have different tastes and preferences. But it's only in the weightings, and in a single direction. I.e. tall vs rich, not tall vs short. This is true with men too. Visit any online community and look at a thread where men post pictures of women they think look good. Guarantee you you'll find "she's so hot" "nah she's plain" debates, face vs body debates. T vs A polls. Etc. And this isn't just nitpicking. It's important, for instance, that short men, or ugly men, know…

I fail to see how these detailed dictates help. How many men who do this stuff, do so because they previously read lists like this? It's putting the cart before the horse. Men who do these things are doing them because those are a consequence of their characters and mental development, not a cause, not a rule they are consciously following. Imagine I'm a businessman, and I "ask very few questions". Any other businessman worth his salt knows immediately that I don't know what the hell I'm doing. …

I was of the opinion that a professor was getting paid good student money to teach, not engage in political activism at his leisure. That seems to be a more important issue than the specific content of his lecture. This phenomenon is rather simple to fix, in theory. People close their wallets. The real question is how to convince them? Adults need to give young people a superior alternative in life than simply "go to college". It's like they don't even care.
