I got some advice from our small group leader and he suggested intentional one on one hangouts first before dates as all of this is within a context of a group so far. I also talked to her woman's leader asking about her and she gave very positive responses and was super excited that I talked to her about this. ​ -- I guess its just my way of vetting as trust is super important to me.

Hey man, I’m going through a similar problem. Everyone is pretty much taken and the ones single have never shown signs of attraction. I’m in the process of leaving. I’m visiting another church this Saturday evening. I just pray to God that this is a spiritual conviction and not Satan making me feel like a failure for not finding a wife at 28.

I would really try your best to find a good church guy group to do life and ministry that focuses on the word and relationship (fellowship). I still skip up from time to time but it really really helps

Dude I totally understand where you are coming from. I’m not that bad of a looking guy either. I’m a red head with no freckles (think Rick Astley but with a goa tee). I think churches that focuses on God, inter relationships with brothers & sisters, accountability and drive for growth are the ones that succeed in their mission. I relate to you brother. It is rare to find virgin Christian girls in your late 20s. I’m not too particular if she isn’t one but I look for a committed women to God whom I can trust. If she’s a virgin that would be a blessing and a moment we can share on marriage day and never forget it.

I've been waiting until marriage. It's definitely a lot more challenging now that I'm in my late 20s. The burn from marriage is even greater and some days it gets so bad to control my lust over woman. I feel I'm the only one with this struggle at times.
