Dear OP, Thanks for sharing this post. Even though you may earn a lot of money and are physically attractive, you don't seem that happy. Have you considered seeing a good therapist?

Ironically, often times when RPers blow it with an exceptional woman it's because we seem too attached. But my post isn't about the attitude we should outwardly display, it's about taking extra care when you find someone who is really impressive. That may manifest in a slightly detached attitude, but I'm speaking on a meta level here.

I like it, Ayn Rand would be proud. She was a Chad par excellence, but maybe that's because she didn't buy in to the typical feminist narrative. In addition, the highest SMV males typically have children with women who are both physically attractive and intelligent/accomplished— women who did in fact work to increase their SMV. Apart from that, great post.

No offense OP, but all of this evidence seems anecdotal.

7 small workouts a week will give you much better results than 3 large workouts a week. This has been proven in multiple studies. Has it really? I thought this ran contrary to the popular lifter advice of, do a hard day of working out, then have a rest day, and so on?

It's not worth the time and energy. New girl is a faster option in every case. I'd say if you enjoy speaking with the person enough, it's not really as much as a "loss" if the strategy doesn't work out. Granted, people like this are rare, but they do exist.

Matches could be better but holy fuck to go from no matches to 5 a week definitely is a stark change. Some people may disagree with me, but I don't think online dating is as fun. It takes more balls to go to some kind of social/interest group and approach. The problem with online dating imo is, a lot of the best women (both physically and mentally) are just completely left out of the pool. Because they know that people will approach them in person.

Well everyone is different. For me, I don't need to abstain from those pleasures to become disciplined or make progress. I think some of the people on the forum fall into this category and that gradual change is a very reasonable thing for them. However, I understand what you're saying. There are some people who are very all or nothing and might need to give these things up, at least for a time.

Eh, I think you're being way too black and white about this. A lot of the most productive and creative people in our society indulge themselves with "easy dopamine", it's just that they don't spend all day doing it.

I lost all respect for Mac Miller when he started dissing my hero Donald Trump. So I blame him, not that I even respect Ariana Grande. I respect her producers and songwriters.

In addition, as Rollo would say, you make the mistake of seeing "alpha" and "beta" as demographics instead of a mindset, or traits. Well that's the dictionary definition of Alpha and Beta males (people or animals, not mindsets), it's just that TRP has now attributed a lot of their own (often conflicting) definitions to the terms. So yes, due to this people should stop overusing them. They won't, but you make a good point anyway. The crux of the issue is when a group of people use one word to ref…

If you do this you'll come up with lots of different, often conflicting reasons. It varies from book to book. Regardless of whether you believe "AWALT", it doesn't apply to the work of female authors.

Sure I understand the need for placeholders and appreciate that it speeds up communication with people who already perfectly understand them. The definitions of words change and mean different things to different people, ESPECIALLY terms like "alpha" or "best". "sexually exclusive and dependable father" counts as beta Says who? An Alpha male is somebody at (or near) the top of the hierarchy, that's the literal definition of the term. Said dependable father could have a lot of money, power and ha…

I say yes, you were right. But then I'm biased because I am at a university, so the whole idea of office romance seems ridiculous to me.

I'm not arguing that, I'm just curious how the OP would prioritize the above factors.

The fact that he doesn't approach as many women in bars is hardly the most significant thing about his story.

I agree that spending our time wisely is important. However, what is your opinion on how a man should spend his time? Doing what he finds most enjoyable? Doing what earns him the most money? Altruistically? Or should his prime concern be reproduction and raising the best family he can?

Dear OP. Thank you for submitting a post. But doesn't this belong in an incels subreddit, not TRP? I thought TRP was about striving for success EVEN IF you've been dealt a bad hand.

Just to expand on this, there are a ton of neighborhoods in liberal western countries where it's also a really bad idea.

Great post, OP, thanks for the info. I don't think the "building power" flair is correct though? The mods made a message about it ages ago, and it sounded more like political/social power for the trp ethos.

You completely missed the point of the OP. I don't agree with everything he said, but the general premise is that lifting, running and having sex are means, not ends in themselves.

Nice post OP. One could consider this theory from several different angles. The first would be embracing hedonism and the transient nature of these illusions, to manipulate your own mind and the minds of others to create your own fantasy. Another would be to reject hedonism and such a whimsical outlook, and to be logical and realistic. This closer to what I believe tbh, I think many of the things average people strive for are trivial and ridiculous.

@ GLO Love this new style of post. Imo TRP users focus too much on training their bodies and not enough on training their minds. This is especially true when it comes to questioning their own knowledge and other traits that are important in a philosopher.

because nothing bad is going to actually happen to you from approaching a random chick In fairness, in some communities/locations something bad (and by this I mean violent reprisals from male friends/relatives) really can happen.

Great post OP, I've been thinking in a similar way. Even in the red pill community there's still a ridiculous superstition that monogamy is this magical thing with all of these intangible benefits. Note i'm not talking about religious beliefs, those are different and i'm not disrespecting anyone if they're coming from that angle. Anyway, i'm going to become your white knight for this thread OP and start arguing in favor of this point.

What's the end goal of all this?
/r/TheRedPill29/11/17 11:33 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
