Confidence in an area stems from neural pathways for fear in doing related stuff being burned. Thus fear of rejection will be erased after enough burns aka experience. But bear with me. You can pre-emptively burn those pathways with negative visualisation.

Read Siddharta; The prophet (Ghibran); The Little Prince; The Jungle Book; and so on. Wish what you are to be as is, and then the future will just be a goal to test yourself along the way. Pain and happiness are one and the same.

So basically you're saying that TRP is not misogynist enough ? Fuck yeah.

You have to remember: Perfect Is Boring. Besides, when you think you're enlightened during those first years of TRP, you always grow to think that you were, in fact, not enlightened yet. Society's conditioning is that great. Which brings me to an important RP meta question : Is there a better way than propaganda to truly change your world view? If not, TRP had better incorporate art that operates perspective shift alongside the TRP paradigm.

Perhaps try subtle negs like "my ex used to go to the gym..." or whatever, in the seam of an appropriate topic. If he is the pussy you described, he will get offended whilst on his own, yet won't leave you. Next: hope he takes the hints. It should take less than a week for such a seed to grow in his mind. Then again, you can try to add all the fertilizer you want, "But you can't make a hoe a housewife".

You should cultivate your daydreaming with mindfulness. Do not repress this skill, for imagination is a big part of being able to change your point of view. This is especially important in order not to throw up the red pill... In the morning, you can take a guided Headspace meditation session or start off with 10min of mindfulness (just sit with dignity and breathe to the top of your head allowing your thoughts to come and go).

On top of my head, you can see the movie "Don Juan DeMarco". Its rating is pretty bad, but perhaps you'll understand better the importance of dreams. Attention however, you should always be critical of inner game advice! Admit that you know nothing and try to shift your perspective, but then choose the best mindset. You can read Nietzche on "masks"... With training, you'll learn to appreciate the dialectics of contradicting advice on inner game. Now I see women as a branch of dialectics.

It means make your daydreaming/inner fantasy an inner goal. It means acting with this goal in mind. It also means that you should learn to have compelling dreams: learn to "feel" in your dreams so that your brain can't tell truth from false. Essentially trick yourself into schizophrenia :). Suppose you want to bang a girl. Then you go talk to this girl with your goal of having her bang you. It means check your intentions. That's part of creating yourself like a piece of art (Michel Foucault for more on that). https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychology_of_self To enact a change in the way you act, you can't merely think about it. Your body has to instinctively feel this is the right reaction to have. Mastery is reaction-less reaction. can you find someone to emulate the way you want to be socially ? do you often daydream how to answer to a probable event ? do you find yourself slipping on your role ? That's good. …

Usually I go to the table of contents on the Pook epub on my mobile phone (I use FBReader in night mode; whatever). Then I pick whatever piece I think could be useful today. Obviously, some chapters are longer than others. Incidentally, it's amazing how my understanding of the book has changed over the repeated readings. I have found that I had some passages completely backwards !!! (like the Women are not Ice Water from Habit Is All) I'm 20.5 years old by the way. Take what I say with a grain o…

It has actionable advice like paying attention to how you talk to yourself ; or make a list of who you are and what you regularly do (and why). You just have to pick what is useful to you. Eg. I have recently spit back the pill and needed a reminder on my stance as my reckless increase in deadlifts had induced bad posture. It also has some pretty interesting bits on managing state ; paying close attention to the way you react to situations and to your feelings. If you read unbiased you will find…

I'm currently going through this.. Trying to convince myself that I don't care, yet I do. It's funny. I've turned down so many women that now only those with very little self esteem still linger.

Since I'm an atheist, I've found Pook to be a great entity for me to look up to. I'm not even ashamed when I say he has replaced my father figure for the better: https://bookofpook.neocities.org/ This "book", albeit it is not edited (mainly spelling mistakes and bad references), reads better than Nietzche.

Were you physically escalating ? Check out the Vin Di Carlo ladder: maybe you should have gotten out of the bar while there was sexual tension and not let the iron turn cold.

To me, the problem isn't really that he took pictures of him and his daughter, but that he decided to put them on the friggin' internet. I mean, why? Why did he think it would do good for either his daughter or himself? Those kind of pictures are taken in private to save memories for later, and should stay in private.

More info please, like about what region they were talking about ? I have come on the resolution 1820 (2008): 3.Demands that all parties to armed conflict immediately take appropriate measures to protect civilians, including women and girls, from all forms of sexual violence, which could include, inter alia, enforcing appropriate military disciplinary measures and upholding the principle of command responsibility, training troops on the categorical prohibition of all forms of sexual violence aga…
