To provide an answer as an Arab, while some of the Arab countries do practice the laws you and many others talk about, women there are absolutely demanding and quite promiscuous, causing high divorce rates, as well as domestic issues. Furthermore, feminism has started to pop up in some places, which is causing more clashes with tradition in countries like Iran and SA, now termed Islamic feminism.

I'd like to raise some criticisms as a muslim and MGTOW to some of the common arguments used now. It is boring, I grinded from 9AM till 12PM, not closing the game even once. Even worse, the guy i joked about was already rude and condescending, mocking everyone's fashion framing and starting flame wars in clan and alliance chat.

You will find most of the info already listed but i will add some notes. I used to lift weights and do have a decent amount of muscle for my age. The diet is going to change anyways, so I don't see why I should list it. 30.4 is my current BMI. If u still need the info, I can provide it, after all, it is the least i can do.
