Ah, thank you. I have seen a couple of things on COTWA but I must have missed this in the past. I'll have to do more reading. And here I thought I had a somewhat original idea. I was also thinking this might be a more palatable or relateable means of exploring the realities of sexual interactions when speaking to some of my more feminist-minded friends.

The vast majority of universities, public and private, receive federal funding to some degree. It's something like 97%, but I'm just pulling that from a memory of one of Dr Farrell's talks so don't take that stat to be set in stone or whatever. Point is that it's highly likely that the university in question receives federal funding and therefor is subject to Title IX.

I don't see this as trying to stomp anything out. Seems to me that they're just allowing more opportunity for the kids who don't feel that they fit in the traditional gender lines to be comfortable with their identity. I suppose I see where you're coming from, but it still seems like a rather weak connection. So you just want to ignore the truth then? Or have you not seen either this article or perhaps the NISVS report of 2010. Unfortunately the NISVS report discounts a man being forced to penetrate a woman as less than rape. However both the article and report show not only that men are quite often victims, but that women are often perpetrators as well. This is true both in prison and out.

Maybe to both. This entirely depends upon how intoxicated the individual is. If they are cognitively impaired, blackout drunk, or unconscious then obviously they are not able to consent. If they've had a drink or 2 and are no more than slightly buzzed, then yes they may be able to consent. There is no hard answer to this as drunkenness is a scale. It's not binary so the answer can't be.

I'm pretty sure I heard an advertisement on the radio the other day for a cleaners that did a flat rate per garment. I don't have a clue how dry cleaning works and have never taken anything to get it done, so I have no idea what would make labor or material costs vary for the businesses. The only problem then is how do you factor in the degree to which fathers are discouraged from fighting for custody? Many know that there is family court bias dead set against them. Hell, I recall a father on here fighting for custody who said he was advised to not even try and that he'd just end up bankrupting himself and causing more stress to both him and his children by drawing out the process. The bread bakery shifts can be anwhere between the hours of 1am and like 6pm I think (not sure on the end, I haven't been on the closing shift for us).
