I’m all for finishing with both, but that’s a shit comparison. This post isn’t about finishing circumcision, it’s about comparing circumcision with FGM, and they’re not comparable at all (talking about damage, they’re comparable only on both being without consent). You’re just completely under meaning FGM and over meaning MGM. You really just called most FGM “only small incisions on the clitoris” (which btw would be comparable to “only small incisions on the tip of the penis”) and MGM “removing nearly half of a baby’s penis”.
