6	DENIED! nobody said that its easy to lose weight, just that its POSSIBLE. But its IMPOSSIBLE to gain height after the growth period is over. Im losing weight myself at the moment, slow pace so i dont get hanging skin. But im obese and you just need focus, commitment and will.
