Here's the thing. I agree with her, I agree that the reason men are killing themselves is largely due to how we are blinded by some social standard of being tough, stoic, cold 24/7, and just bottle everything up inside. It's why, when mixed with my mental disability, I let everything boil up until breaking point where the only thing I can think of is either killing myself or hurting others, often coming down to me smashing an iceblock with a sledgehammer. Exactly. Labels like Feminist, Mens Rights Activist, and all the rest, have done far more harm than good. It gives a name to "the other", and anyone who identifies with "the other" must therefore be an enemy by default because they are not one of us. This is the thing. I don't want to be a "Mens Rights Activist", I want to be a "Men have problems, women have problems, minorities have problems, LGBTQ+ folk have problems, everyone has problems regardless of who they are, so let's address them and work towards their deconstruction - activist".

I say "Exactly, so it's time to stop acting that it's a Man VS Woman situation and instead acknowledge it as an Outdated Views and Social Standards VS Everyone situation." This might just be because I view the concept of patriarchy as "Men have to be strong and dominant and Woman have to be nice and silent", with a matriarchy just being the flip-flop of that, as both allow no room for any individual personal expression.
