I meant that's how society sees us, not that it's true

I meant we're told that submissive women's lives are so bad, not that they are

:/ well I hope it works out well. It's going great so far and he's a pretty..dominant man which should keep things on an even keel. I've really had to learn to surrender to him a lot more in order to make things work, but that's fine cause be makes awesome decisions and men are the head of the house anyway.

Why are you so obsessed with divorce? We have a great relationship and I'm happy to be his.

Yes that's true, in another way I'm at his mercy too considering I'm not gonna have great career options after being a housewife. Good thing we trust each other

Thanks, that's really nice of you. No I'm not a troll haha, my story is super embarassing, I barely wanted to share lol

? I'm glad to be with him cause I love him, I don't know why you have to be negative about it. I didn't marry him for his money and I certainly don't plan to divorce so alimony isn't really a likely outcome IMO.

I really don't know?? This is the only forum of women I can find which has a basic level of respect for traditional gender roles. No other women's forum on any site that's active beats this one. For some reason women's forums always end up really catty

Laura Schlessinger is a hero of mine :D I love her book the Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands, that's been super helpful for me. My mom also has always been the perfect wife, mother and role model to me.

Wait till marriage if you want true exclusivity I say. That's why it's beneficial for women to get married, so we can't just be abandoned after we put out. If you save yourself till marriage you give him something to look forward to, and you can see if he really wants you long term

He just seemed very confident, not nervous at all, he also paid for the date and did little stuff like that which I noticed

I'm a virgin actually, I don't really have a sexual past luckily. That's pretty lucky considering for a while I would've probably done anything for attention. For internal improvements, I'm more relaxed, self satisfied, and I'm comfortable taking a woman's role in marriage now and enjoy it.

Thanks, I really have you to thank in particular! I love your posts. And yes I'm overjoyed right now, the advice from you and the other ladies was so useful to me. A few years ago being overweight, horribly dressed and ugly I would have had no hope of getting any man let alone one as special as this guy.

I am 20 and he is 25. I'm kind of glad he's older cause he's a bit more emotionally and financially stable than a younger guy.

I of course believe it is way better to act in submission than to just say you are doing so. I have commented in askwomen before yes but I've been reading this subreddit about 2 years now

I think it's fine to tell your man that he is the man in the relationship and you will follow him

Don't explicitly mention the red pill I don't think, but you could tell him how you are contributing in the relationship so he can understand how you act better. Tell him how you let him lead and you love him and respect him as a man and want to help him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
