4	AskReddit thread about refusing to be open-minded discusses TRP I literally just posted in askTRP about this earlier. I love the science and studies constantly posted around as evidence supporting the claims made here. The ideals and methods I think are fantastic... But I've been reading for about a month now and the comment threads and some headlines lean towards the "bashing" attitude. 1	Found this sub recently and I think it's amazing... Personally for me it's just being taught they are "delicate creatures" and every woman deserves respect simply for being women. 1	Found this sub recently and I think it's amazing... I finished NMMNG last week and it does indeed have really good points on a lot of things. I do not like how it demonizes men for being Nice as if the only purpose of being genuine was to manipulate and control etc. Some of the exercises were good. I'd give it a 7/10. I'm working through GAD and the more I meditate, the more I learn how to lturn thoughts in to traffic noise the more I just enjoy living.
