I recommend common sense regarding slim/skinny fit. The best at least for me are pants slightly adjusted. Regarding dress shirts, if you are working out properly, off the rack ones won't suit you. The most cost effective thing you can do is find a brand that fits well into the shoulders, chest and arms. Then take it to a tailor and adjust to the waist to make that V look that wet panties

Thanks for the nice write up. The comfort of having a quality girl and the temptation to settle down can be a killer.

It is not optimal, but it is a solution to get animal protein to the masses. Going to the subjectivity of the pain animals suffer and the consequences on us is too much, man, really. Nothing RP about that. Think about it, in another times (hundreds of years ago), probably most of people posting on this sub wouldnt exist, man. It is not long ago that some economists had predicted that food production would raise at linear levels while population would grow at exponential ones. That was proved fal…

Stephen Covey also touches this in the 7 Habits book. Very nice.

The nice thing about TRP is the beyond girls aspect. Getting one night stands and fucking plates on the regular is nice, but your mission should receive priority. The posts about building power are truly gems in this SJW manginas society. Reading things here got me questioning the kind of friends I was having and why. Surrounding yourself with good people and aligned with your mission is a critical leadership skill.

Hypergamy works on beast mode in that place. I think it is a big part PUA types don't actually get it and because of that the city got a bad rap. The thing is that game without status, social value and lookz will not get you so far with high tiered women. In Toronto they are more consciente about it in my perception, but as another fella posted, the 80/20 rule there is on roids.

Nicely said. The part about feeling you are moving forward in life is critical for my reward system.

Good point. Even more important if you live in a country with little economic growth or in recession. Supply and demand dynamics will allow that companies just pump and dump its salesmen. I know an anecdote for the financial industry. There is a sweatshop that hires junior brokers to push products on family and friends. After you are not getting the quota anymore, you are out.

Sales is a very important skill, regardless of your job. Wanna climb to management in corporate? Gotta sell yourself and your ideas to senior guys. Wanna receive more funds for research? Gotta sell yourself and your findings to the community. But here is the catch: if you are drained after much social exposure (introversion), working DIRECTLY with sales all the time can be very hard. Like, sometimes you just want to let it go the sale persona and think a little. So, the lesson for this is to kno…

Man, this hits home. Recently I was plating a pretty hot psychologist. From open to close and first few dates I was God like, flawless, a game. After a rough day at work I made the terrible mistake of venting a little bit. It was enough to cool down the thing and we eventually stopped seeing each other.

I am reading a book called Power: why some people have it and others don't (Pfeiffer). Pretty red pill for a professor at Stanford GSB. Highly recommended for those red pillers in corporate and wanting to climb the ladder.

A few years ago in my peak college times, a very hot girl possibly LTR material saw an used condom in the trash can. Maybe a little hardcore, she broke things up a few days later.

Not everybody is like you, pal. Different people have different interpretations of same life events/experiences. Behaving and controlling ererything you do because of other people's judgement and fear of being awkward is the recipe for disaster. You want reward? Good, so stop being a lil bitch and take some risk.

Well put. Doing something expecting failure is nonsense. You accept the RISK of failure, but not failure itself.

I was diagnosed by a PT for posterior pelvic tilt and piriformis syndrome, so I had to fix those too, which were the root causes for my pain (sciatica like, but perfectly fine MRI, so no nerve damage). Basically poor posture at school years and now at work (long office hours) combined with little disciplined exercise (more like a weekend warrior) led to muscle imbalances and inflammation. In case the cause for your problems are the same - or partially the same - as mine, here is the advice: I ha…

Tips for improving social circle after college? I currently work in an industry with way older people and having a hard time finding enough time and situations to meet people around my age (25) to do fun stuff.

Given the "open office" trend nowadays with noisy workplaces, I find much easier to concentrate putting just one song on loop and doing my job. I did this through undergrad and was OK.

I have been fatigued/without energy the last few days (LCHF side effect?) and needed to read something like this. Thanks bro. When you can find your true inner motivation factor, you are unstoppable and shortcomings become nothing. All I conquered in life was motivated by external factors, and there is where I messed up. Best,
