Just keep working on it. Gradually increasing your distances and being mindful of nutrition and hydration. You got this.

Along with nofap, I'm abstaining from excreting for 90 days. It's called the nocrap challenge. During this time I also won't be wearing any silly hats. I call that the nocap challenge. After completing these challenges, I expect to be able to levitate, move objects with only my mind, and single handedly hold off a charging army of 5,000 men with only a slingshot. Long live the Empire! Seriously though, the problem isn't masturbation, the problem is porn, which leads to excessive masturbation. If…

Depends how you define "forgive". For me, forgiveness just means I've given up trying to get revenge or square the ledger on someone I think has wronged me in some way. I forgive people everyday - the guy who cuts me off in traffic, the guy who pushes all the buttons on the elevator, etc. Interestingly, the act of forgiveness usually helps rather than hurts me. There was a girl at work I had a crush on some years ago who gave me a lot of mixed messages. I think that was the one that hurt the mos…

What is it exactly you guys want in a woman? A bit of companionship, some interesting conversation and maybe someone to do cool things with. You know anyone in particular? Honestly, I gave up looking for anything more than that years ago - and I must say I'm much happier with much better relationships with women as a result. I never wanted to have children anyway, and I don't have that much interest in sex anymore (in fact, I think it's totally overrated), so what does that leave? Why don't you …

Depends how you define a "paradise". For me, the real paradise in Thailand would be in the mountains north of Chaing Mai. I'd love to spend some time riding my bicycle on those mountain roads in the forests. I'd love to visit the temples and shrines, I'd love to sample the local food - especially some of the fruit produce. That said, there are a lot of other Asian countries where I could have a similar experience. At least one of which I'll be visiting later this year.

Go your own way and do your own thing. For me, sex is overrated anyway. I don't see the point of keeping something like that around my living space.

Legalise all drugs, both medical and recreational. Everyone who wants to use drugs now is already using them. I don't use them now, but when I'm 85 and have done everything I want to do in life I might feel differently. Mandatory prison for violent crime, and make the conditions in prisons a lot worse than they are now. You know why violent crime in Japan is so low? Because in Japanese prisons, you get the bare essentials needed for survival and nothing more. Make prison scary for people, and no…

You can have in one room 5 feminist women and they will argue in every main issue: abortion, laws, income, sex, religion, anything but all of them will tell you they are working for equality and best humanity interest. Third wave feminism is completely batshit insane, but the above comment would apply to just about any group you can think of. After all, we're on MGTOW 2 because the original MGTOW sub is also full of batshit insane comments. And I've already upset people here with my views on abo…

I've never understood men who stare at women anyway. I'm not saying they're "bad" or "creeps" or anything - go your own way and look at what you want to look at, but... really? Haven't they ever seen a hot woman before? Maybe it's the amount of porn I've watched in the past, but when I see a hot woman these days, I generally acknowledge her hotness to myself, and then move my thoughts to something else. I really don't see the point of "window shopping" for merchandise that I can't or won't take …

See how much it actually costs to raise a child. A few hundred bucks a month is unlikely to cover it unless you're somewhere like the Czech Republic where the cost of living is low. The fact is, children have been an economic drain ever since laws were made against child labour. Now if you want to have a child, that's up to you, but be aware of how much it's going to cost and be prepared for the expense. Saying "it shouldn't be this way" won't change anything.

Honestly, i had no concern about whether or not you talked about whether or not you've had sex. I happen to believe that sex is the single most overrated human experience there is, and I've done it with enough different people to know. I just don't know why you even bothered to mention it. I can't tell you whether or not all the MGTOW will be happy at 75 because I don't know all of them. Are you not proud of your achievements? That depends on the achievement. I've had plenty of sex with plenty of different women in different countries, but to be honest I'm more proud of climbing a mountain. I think most men would say they want the laws to change so they don't lose all of their shit because of women. You haven't been around mgtow long if you think like that. I've been living the MGTOW life since I was 8 years old. Long before people on the Internet started calling themselves by t…

There is one thing a lot of people often forget about dating, and that's that the other person doesn't know you at first. Most people go out there looking for "love", but love is not something you magically find with a random stranger. Life is not a romanic comedy. Love is something you have to work for. People need to decide on whether or not love is important enough to work for. If not, you just accept living without it. Now that is truly going your own way. The other major mistake people make…

I think the original MGTOW sub has become a group of teenage incels who think it's "edgy" to throw shit at women. There is a little bit of that on this sub too, but nowhere near as bad. That said, the OP here reeks of insecurity. Sure, being single is nothing to brag about, but neither is being married. What matters is what you actually do with your life. You say that having a loyal wife is something to be proud of, then you say that the laws are shit so they make it difficult. I would argue tha…

Well, marriage *can* be beneficial if you meet the right woman (i.e. has her own job, earns her own money and so on) although that woman does seem to be extremely rare, so perhaps it's better to keep your relationships with them casual. That said, children are 100% an economic drain, not to mention mortgages, debt and the like. In the end, though, it all depends what you want from your life. Some people are content just laughing along with the laugh track and doing what they are told. if that ma…

Never really enjoyed blowjobs. I find most women just aren't particularly good at it. I think sex as a whole is overrated, but I do prefer full sex to just a bj.

That's no guarantee of anything. A prostitute can still say you forced her into a particular sex act that she didn't consent to. Again, rare, but so is being accused of rape in the general population. Either way, you take the same (albeit small) risk every time you have sex with anyone. To be honest, I'm far more scared of having my head caved and being robbed in by some pimp if I see a prostitute. That's probably far more likely than any false rape accusation.

Not at all. Have you seen how many jobs are being done by robots these days? Seriously. Japan and Taiwan have entire car plants that are staffed ONLY by robots. This isn't some vision of the future, this is happening now. A rising birthrate in any country these days just means more unemployed people in the future.

Thank you for reminding me why I avoid the mainstream media (yes, I live in Australia too). Honestly, why is everybody so obsessed with sex? I can understand if the article was written by a teenage incel, but these journalists are supposedly adults who presumably have actually done it at some point in the past and had time to realise that it's not that special or great. Maybe the article was aimed at teenage incels.

This. 100% To be honest, while it's talked about a lot on MGTOW boards, I really think the probability of actually being falsely accused of rape is very low. I'm not saying it can't happen, but the probability wouldn't be high enough to stop me from dating if that was what I wanted to do. I think it would be rather sad to let something that is so rare stop one from pursuing one's dreams.

Not really. I'm a stone cold atheist but I don't hate religious people at all. I may think their beliefs are a little silly, but I'll support their right to believe in whatever they want. From my observations, most of the hate religious people get comes from other religious people who simply believe in a different religion (i.e. Christians v Muslims, Scientologists v Everyone else).

That was inevitable at some point anyway. There's only so many people the world can support, and with people living longer all the time, an ageing population is just a fact of life. Besides, I expect a much greater percentage of the future youth to be looking for employment in that industry, as other jobs are lost to robots. It's incredible that people say "we need more children for the future labour requirements", before saying "be careful which job you choose because your job could be taken by…

As am I now that I think about it. Actually finding better male friendships is something I need to focus on, but that's another thread. There's really nothing wrong with being that way. It's just the way we evolved. It's only relatively recently that we've become comfortable, pampered middle class people. Go back just a few hundred years, and our survival often depended on our ability to make friends or acquaintances with powerful and/or wealthy individuals. I don't blame anyone for being like t…

The issue with hypergamy with women is that once that selection is made, she doesnt stop looking, and that leads to monkey-branching. I have never known any woman to leave a relationship until she already had her next choice lined up (barring things like outright abuse of some sort). The man is doing the providing and believes he has his woman. We like that. We like knowing that we are providing for our mate. The problem is she is still receptive to the guy who is smiling her way from his Porsch…

but basically just used hypergamy against them. I’m just feeling so frustrated I can’t get with the hot ones. Well there's a double-standard if ever I saw one. And it just proves what I said in another discussion: hypergamy is not a female trait, it's a human trait. One we all possess. The sooner we accept that, the sooner we can move beyond the anger phase and start living life. Just a couple of other pieces of advice from experience: The super-hot women are nearly always the worst in bed. You'…

I'm glad I read your post a second time before replying. I'll just make a couple of points. Yes, women are hypergamous, but so is everyone else. When searching for a partner, we ALL choose the best we can get. As men we don't chase money to the same extent, but we chase the best looking woman, the woman who's the best in bed, the woman who cooks the best meal and so on. Hypergamy is not female nature, it's human nature. Don't believe me? Just go and see how many men are hitting on that 400 pound…

I've thought about getting snipped, but since I'm not sexually active these days, there's really no need for it. I've done everything sexually that I've ever wanted to do. I'm in no rush to do anything else. If that changes, I'll consider getting snipped. As far as your second point goes, I honestly think things are already getting better. In fact, I think right now is by far the best time in human history to be alive. We live longer than ever before, we have more material wealth than ever befor…

No offence intended here, but I think that's just sad. The other life is always available, even more since a lot of guys are just quitting it for various reasons. If I wanted marriage and children, I'd be pursuing it and accepting the inherent risks involved (i.e. some women will screw some men over, some of the time). Think about this. One day you'll be 75 years old. How will you feel when you're 75, looking back on your life and realising that you could have taken the risks to chase the life y…

Yep, the Red Pill documentary was banned in Australia. Of course, it was a stupid idea, since a lot of people probably just downloaded it anyway, and the ban was probably the best promotion they could have given the film. A lot of people in Australia probably watched it just to see why it was banned, and they were all probably as underwhelmed as I was.

I think people have always been this way, and not just women. I know for a fact that a lot of men are now coming out as gay or bi. For a long time there was quite a stigma associated with it, largely because superstitious individuals called it "sin" or some other rubbish. I honestly have no problem with it. I think it's great that people have the freedom to express themselves and be who they want to be. I honestly find it strange that people would be the slightest bit concerned about this on a M…

For me I've never wanted children (knew that since I was 8 years old). While I enjoy the company of women, I'm not sure I want to be tied down to a marriage either. That said, part of being MGTOW is to go one's own way and not be concerned with what others think or do. To that end, I have a "you do you" mentality. For some, having a kid is all they ever want. I saw that film a while ago (despite living in Australia, the only country to actually ban it). I was wondering what all the fuss was about - from both sides of the feminist "debate". It didn't really tell us anything we didn't already know, nor did it say anything offensive that would cause the feminists to get their panties in a bunch. Had our government not banned it, I doubt I would have even heard of it. That said, I can't understand why some MGTOW expend so much time and energy discussing …

Of course you can. I consider that I've been MGTOW since I was 8 years old - before I was even capable of feeling attraction for women (or anybody else). I don't consider MGTOW to mean one has to swear off women, dating or relationships forever - just that a MGTOW's involvement in these things comes only on his own terms.

I understand where you're coming from. Quitting anything is easier said than done. To be honest, I don't subscribe to the "All or nothing" mindset that you see on nofap forums and places like that. If you've cut back as much as you say, you've already made huge progress. If i end up at that level, I won't be complaining. For me, MGTOW is very much an individual philosophy (hence the phrase Men Going Their Own Way). I've held that philosophy pretty much my whole life. I was 8 years old when I started telling people I didn't plan to marry or have children, but in truth I've never felt any differently. It's not because I was scared of women (or girls at that age), it's not because I am or have ever been a misogynist. I just always preferred to do my own thing. I haven't watched the news in years. Occasionally I'll be somewhere that someone else is watching it, and I'll realise just why I made the decision to give it up all those years ago. The truth is this: We, as people, have never been better off than we are today. Life expectancies are the highest they've ever been. People have more freedom than ever before, including men, who have been emancipated by feminism - probably more than women have. We have more material wealth than we've ever had - can …

I've tried to give back with advice in the past, but I find that a lot of people just don't want to listen. People in bad relationships would rather stay there than move on with their lives because, I imagine, they don't think they can find anyone else. People in crippling debt would rather chase instant gratification than actually try to do something about their finances. Some people just can't be helped.

I don't see that replacing women is necessary. I love women. I love spending time with them. I was on a group hike in the mountains today and I really enjoyed the company of all the women in the group. I honestly think avoiding women is just stupid - and I'm at least partially bisexual! And as someone else has already said, anyone can fuck you over in a marriage or relationship. Gender does not determine this. I think the real solution is to just accept people as they are - without expectations.…

I'm on the fence about TRP. When I went through a difficult time (due to my own actions) a couple of years ago, reading TRP actually helped me a lot. The stuff they have about self-acceptance was massive for me at the time, and the self-improvement stuff gave me something to focus on other than my problems. On the other hand, all the stuff about chasing pussy as if it's some kind of elixir to magically make one's life better is immature and gets old fast. I also got tired of reading "AWALT" ever…

Short answer: Who cares? People always talk about "Society is in decline" or "The world is going to hell in a handbasket". Truth is, people have been saying the same thing since medieval times in Europe. It wasn't true then, and it isn't true now. I realised some time ago that "good" or "bad" for society is very much in the eye of the beholder, and people usually base that decision on whether their chosen "side" is in power, rather than any objective measure. I believe politicians or "world lead…

There is a lot to cover in this topic, I'll try to condense it as much as possible. Firstly, we need to make a distinction between MGTOW, Redpill and Incels. Incels are basically beneath contempt. They seem to have decided that because some women rejected them or didn't initiate things with them, all women are inherently bad or evil. These guys are too lazy to improve themselves and have realised that simply blaming and hating women is easier than actually doing something to either improve their…

I did think about getting a sex doll a little while ago, even looked at their website. Some of them look amazing and probably even have realistic skin and whatever else, but the thought of actually using one depresses me to be honest. Not knocking your choices, but it's just not for me. As I've aged, I've come to the opinion that sex is meant to be shared between the people having it, and I can't really share that with an inanimate object.

I'm glad you posted this. Last year I took a cycling holiday in North Queensland, Australia. I was away from the porn for a while simply because I had better things to do. I remember at the end of the trip, a place called Magnetic Island, I went out with a young lady from Europe who was half my age. Good for you. I will add that if you later decide you want another try at marriage or LTR, you'll be in a much better position to do it if you've reached your goals and achieved your dream. I firmly believe that the more you have to compromise for an LTR, the more likely it is you've picked the wrong person. If you become selfish now, you can accumulate the wealth to become generous later (if you so desire, of course). That might be to a rare woman who does share your dreams, it might be to a ch…

I've heard 10 pages a day is a good place to start. I have to admit, I'm not always consistent with that, but it's a good goal to start with. I don't think waiting for the weekend to start reading is a great idea, simply because you really need to be in the habit of doing something every day. If the weekends depress you to the point where you can't go out and make friends, you might want to consider some counselling. I'm serious. I always thought the idea of "soulmates" was a little silly. As someone else already said, there are literally billions of people in this world. It all depends how one defines "Change your ways". I've been MGTOW for many years, since before there was a word for it. I have done it many times, in various countries around the world, but in truth I probably never will again, and it's not something I recommend anyone else to do. I'm not trying to moralise - I believe prostitution is amoral. It's just two adults engaging in a business transaction. The reason I don't recommend it is that I simply don't think it's worth the money or the risks. The fundamental truth of the matter is that sex is overrated.
