2	"Alpha and Beta" male never made much sense to me In a cave dwelling group, which is where we have evolved most of our sexual behaviour from it seems, betas DID have access to sex. It just wasn't with the most attractive of mates. They were able to thank to babies being generally born 50/50 and monogamy. 7	"Alpha and Beta" male never made much sense to me I never understood the term beta as an insult. If every male was alpha, there would be constant fighting over leadership and women and the group would be torn apart.
