It would change male perception. Believing this would cease to be just a RP talking point and men in masse would just lose interest. It would be the sub 5s hit the hardest initial. But even the 6s and 7s would start to have guys just walking away at the whiff of delusion.

You're telling men to initially remain passive and wait until women 'hover' around them as a necessary green light. I'm telling me to develop themselves to be the best versions of themselves, which is the opposite of being passive.

What stood out to me immediately is that you opened by saying you’d never heard of force doctrine Where do I say this? I don't even say anything like this. That alone tells me you weren’t actually engaging with what I wrote—you were replacing my argument with your own framework. Wow, talk about the pot calling the kettle black. I don't even know what you're talking about. Your core claim is that patriarchy exists because “male family heads are humanity’s best problem solvers.” Where do I say thi…

And this is why you eventually learn to ignore what women say and work with what women actually respond to. Women respond to men who aren't hitting on them. If they are interested they stay in that man's proximity, laugh at his jokes, and otherwise signal their validation. You don't need to ask them permission or consent, you can just ask them to do something, like grabbing dinner or going to see something of interest and if they agree, they like you. Approaching an arbitrary women and talking a…

Women don't consider their infidelity-infidelity. It's a semantics game.

I think it depends, are they romantically interested in you? If they are then you need to work hard to not let them do boyfriend like gestures towards you. What women consider friendship is often much more intimate than what men do, so to a man that's romantically interested in you, it's going to feel like near dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 02:34 AM
1

If that's the case then that's great. Where the rubber meets the road though is if your model leads to you having success. For example with RP, does a man who follows what it prescribes see changes in his dating results. I would say it 100% it does. If you think your model/world view is leading to the kind of relationships you desire then you could also say it's right. If you aren't finding success with the types of relationships you want then I'd say you're being mislead.

Well I've been in all these situations. And I can say when a woman had me in her friendzone she policed that friend zone. She didn't like me talking to other women. When I'd go to her to talk about a woman I was trying to date she'd bad mouth her, tell me I could do better. But eventually I found out she was pursuing this dick head who openly mocked her in the locker room. She would lie and say he was lying about his conquests, but they got caught together and the entire thing came crumbling dow…

If you see something happen over and over again to the point that it's predictable then yes. If it's just an anecdotal case then no.

So I appreciate you engaging with me thoughtfully and not just name calling. So I would say the gender reversed situation of the friendzone is situationships. This is where a woman likes a guy romantically, but he doesn't see putting in relationship effort, but he sees the availability of sex with this woman. So in that case a guy could say things like "I'm sorry, I don't see us having relationship potential" or he could say "I'm not really looking to put labels on things, or have a 'girlfriend'…

Evolution skeptics say the same thing. You are forgetting RP comes from observing actual things that happen and then offers a hypothesis for why it happens. It's connecting dots, not making up random stuff.

It's honestly the dating apps. They tapped into a not understood aspect of female mate selection and it has lead to women acting as though they have very different mating/dating choices then they actually have in reality. Dating apps have also made both genders relatively lazy in developing in person flirting skills. And thirdly feminism has absolutely convinced women to be single. To the point that women aren't even taught how to show up in a relationship.

This is a great example of a woman being disingenuous. She tells the man "You seem like a great guy, I'm not in a place where I'm looking to date, but I'd love to hang out, see movies, go to shows and just be friends" What she tells her girlfriends. "So I said, I'm sorry, I don't see a romantic connection between us, but if you can accept that we will always be platonic, I'd love to be friends." You keep saying you are telling a man 'I'm not interested', and if he's continuing to buy you things …

Right, redpill looks at what happens and offers an explanation that fits what we see happening in the real world. It's the same way science offers a hypothesis. You should be more outraged that women monkey branch, maintain rosters and use dual mating strategies than blaming men for seeing it.

If I told someone I’m not interested and he buys me gifts, I’m just uncomfortable. That’s strange behavior on his part. This would indeed be strange, but also not what we are talking about. If I show interest in a woman and she says "I'm sorry, I already have a boyfriend" "I'm sorry, but I don't see a romantic connection between us" Then for like 99% of men it's clear there's no interest and what happens next? 99% of men leave you alone. But what about answers such as "I'm actually not focusing …

You're question wasn't a question, it was an insult disguised to be in question form. It's disingenuous to ask why I didn't answer when the premise of the question isn't even to ask a question. You seem very concerned about redpill, which at it's core just tells men their best path forward is to improve. I'm just asking what's so bad about that? Don't ask questions you aren't ready for the answers to. Also, the truth with redpill is that some people take it as inspiration to better themselves, the others go blackpill and conclude it's all not worth it. It probably depends on what you are working with. If I work really hard and get into shape I can get a Chad-lite type of experience. Which means women notice me, but also act like 'you're not that hot' but I will get decent attention from a small percentage of women (for me its usually As…

Saying you want to be friends and not more than friends is representing your feelings accurately. Saying you are not interested in dating right now but could be friends is lying if you are actively dating. It's an intentional lie, knowing the other person is interested in more than friendship and the intention is to keep that person giving boyfriend effort. Trust me, when a woman says we can be friends and you say 'that sound's great, I'd love to be friends' there's zero chance she's ever callin…

Dual mating strategy isn't real false. I've both been the guy who takes a woman to dinner only to have her say she's calling it an evening and I've also been the guy to get the call after some poor guy has taken her out to dinner and she wants to come over for sex. Dual mating strategy, friend zoning. It's important to understand when a woman is just using a man to extract his time energy and resources as opposed to participating in a mutual loving relationship.

Red Pill is just about understanding the reality, it isn't changing anything. It just exposes female dating tactics. Being more informed prevents men from being abused by these tactics. You're basically complaining that men need to reject this so women can go back to abusing men.

In my experience, attempting to date without addressing why women find you unattractive is a complete dead end. Women say things like 'Well you're just not my type, you should find a girl where your her type', but literally there is no girl where you her type. So the point is you look inward. Start getting in shape. Start getting a clue about fashion. Start focusing on hygiene and grooming. That's all physical stuff. On the social side, learn to get comfortable being out and talking to people. L…

When I was younger and in my thirties I was having sex with dozen or so different women a year. It didn't require lying to them. I was just in great shape and owned a house. Also, being an 'asshole' isn't about actually acting like an asshole. Women just throw out that label if you aren't compliant. I mean there's so many fallacies in your comment it's hard to know where to start. First of all, there's always been a patriarchy as well as a matriarchy. Men controlled spaces organized around competence and trusting those with a track record to collaborate when its mutually beneficial. Women controlled spaces focus on increasing friend circles and trying to please everyone. It's basically building group protection. Sorry I don't support propping up women to surpass men. Just seems like an unreasonable ask to me. Helping women (or anyone else) when disadvantaged, sure. Giving them even more opportunity when they are already advantaged is silly.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 03:27 PM
2

Your question is irrelevant to our discussion but I'll answer it anyway. No, I don't feel disadvantaged if an under represented group is encouraged through opportunity to become more represented. This applies to POC, women, anyone. I do feel disadvantaged if a group is disproportionately lifted up over every one else for no reason other than that group is preferentially treated.

I again I have to ask, why would you enjoy being a burden on your partner in a relationship? Has being supportive, thoughtful and understanding never occurred to you? If your partner is trying hard to get an education, which is a relatively short period of time (a few years) do you really think complaining about it fulfills the role of being supportive, thoughtful and understanding? I agree, you don't tell women to lower their standards. We all have met the 30+ year old woman who's reasonably attractive who can't find a guy. Then you hear their wish list of what they are looking for and it's just really obvious that what they are describing, if it exists at all, would not be interested in them. I think you vastly overestimate the results you'll get with your approach. I mean dealing with a man? Sure. Very straightforward, talk it out. With a woman... good luck. You could say 'We are currently on track to have a down payment saved in 3 years, I want to get a home as much as you but that's the reality' and the next day she will say 'I don't understand why we can't have it now'. It's just how women are.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 03:44 AM

Well family law heavily favors women. Whether its with respect to who would get custody of the children or how resources are ultimately awarded. With respect to reproductive rights, where women are granted the right to make a man a father, even if he isn't the babies father. The majority of social programs are geared at propping up women, so in that sense you can see taxes as a funneling of money from man (who pay the majority of taxes) to women (those who overwhelmingly receive government benef…

We aren't talking about 'talking' we are talking about taking on a series of tasks which compete for time with work/school, etc. What is the purpose of starting house hunting if you don't have a down payment, wouldn't it be obvious that you need to work and save first. Would taking the time to look at houses that you cannot afford really be a useful allocation of ones time? I think it's important to have conversations. But sometimes the answer is no. It's not clear how much Mckenzie would have made without Jeff's shares, it clearly was a lot. But she wasn't her husband, and the majority of the fortune came from him. A friend of mine found out his wife was cheating, lawyers told him he'd owe her $10k/month in child support, unless he was willing to sign over his house to cut that cost down. They said it would be better for the kids to not have to move. You just dismiss scenarios like that as 'whatever?' It effects real people not just billionaires.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/25 11:35 PM

So this is how women lie without technically lying. Sure, in theory if you kept your assets separate, it's very easy to commingle assets and for things like homes, no wife I know would tolerate not being added to the title. They just tell you they will not stay. But let's cut the crap. Divorce is the #1 career choice for women. No activity by women earns them more money than divorce.

If they were worse with woman why did they stay? Because men aren't lavished with their partners property when they leave. Leaving costs men. And why do they whine after she leaves? Because they, and they alone are stuck with the cost of the failed relationship. They are often paying a person who gave up on them. Wouldn't you complain?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/25 09:45 PM

I think with current family law this is accurate. If a woman marries a man, what else can he do for her? She already will get his stuff. I think if family law were updated to reflect what each party brings to the relationship this would not be the case. But yeah, if the courts are going to take stuff from your partner when you leave, then the obvious strategy is to keep leaving partners.

The way you get good in bed is by sleeping with women. There's no realistic way to 'get good at sex' without having sex. This is like when men say that having a big dick is all you need. Women have no idea how big your dick is unless they happen to be sharing the information. So no, having a big dick doesn't make it easy to get women in bed. Just like being good at sex doesn't help you get women in bed.

Raising children involves trusting your partners judgement and coming to reasonable alignment on values and what you want to teach them. I would say just look at women outside of the west. Asia, Africa, South America. Generally speaking, whatever a woman's body is supposed to do to me... it works. I find many body types attractive. Just not overweight ones. But if you're asking if I prefer slender Asian women's builds, or hour glass curvy Latina women, or athletically built women... the answer is yes. I find them all attractive. My wife is a size zero and weighs 126 pounds at 5'3" (44 years old). To me she's a knock out. She was …

I think today it's not real enough, at some point it will get there. I saw the 'Real Doll' at CES, it's very creepy and if I'm honest not at all life like. But things only seem to improve. Honestly the AI front is moving quicker with virtual boyfriends and girlfriends.

It's very easy to commingle personal assets into marital assets. It's very common, as an example, for a man to add his wife to the title of a home he bought before marriage, only to have her then take half when they divorce. Not to mention, if a wife is spending a lot. Say she spends $20k on luxury hand bags and other items. The man invests $20k. 7 years later those hand bags are worth at best $10k, the investment maybe $40k. If they get divorced, she will keep her hand backs and $15k of the inv…

I think as soon as you engage with your points and discuss abortion the conversation stops. People have very strong opinions on abortion. So set abortion aside. Look at safe harbor laws. Women can give birth and then turn over a baby no-questions-asked and sever her parental responsibilities and she can do this without the father's permission. So women can walk away from their parental responsibilities, men can't. That's the basic argument. Men are seeking equal rights with women in this regard.

Feminists aren't looking out for fairness or the best interests of the child, only in securing as much flexibility and choice as possible for women.

Why can't you get that from a doll? AI Girlfriends are already doing that.

I just was reading an article about a woman who said her virtual boyfriend, who was 100% available to her, always supportive, always willing to listen to her was the first boyfriend who met the bare minimum. We as a society have decide to focus on teaching men how to treat women, and we've decided to teach women what to demand from men. As a result we have men who are overly deferential to women and woman who show narcissistic behaviors. Having bots for either gender will further make real relat…

I think most women don't ask out men because they don't need to. Women will put themselves in a position to bump into or meet a guy if they want him to ask them out.

This is cap. Women present very different rules and espouse very different beliefs to different men based on what they want from them.

The reason we treat the sexes differently with regards to sexual conquest is entirely rational and rooted in reproductive success. A man who many women are attracted to, to the point they sleep with him has been vetted by all those women. His status increase because most men are not attractive, and the fact that many women like a guy, signals his value. It's entirely different for women. Women are evaluated on their ability to discern suitable mates (most women are bad at this). If a woman has l…

Long before I discovered red pill I had come to the conclusion that 'women tend to make a poor sexual decision once a month'. And I discovered this from occasionally being that poor decision.

Exactly, you embrace what women tell you only to realize that you're just being sidelined. There's no gold pot at the end of the rainbow. You are just being asked to step aside.

I think men are discerning when it comes to who they commit to. With regards to sex the standards are quite low due to scarcity.

I find that people in general will enjoy/appreciate/engage with all the positive attributes you 'bring to the table'. If a woman finds that men only want her for sex, the message is clear. That's the positive attribute you present that men are interested in. They won't interact with other women the same way necessarily.

Of course, if you were nice to everyone you'd be accommodating men awkwardly flirting with you the entire day.

Honestly I think the obesity epidemic in the West has contributed significantly to our current situation. Women are fat, men are fat. The majority of people in the US are not attractive. I mean think about how rare a not-fat woman who is kind is. It sounds like a basic requirement but it's basically a near delusional ask.

Menstruation doesn't involve cutting your genitals to your anus. That sounds like a serious medical condition you should seek help for.

Women often only know themselves months into the pregnancy, 12 weeks after that might be too late to do anything. The point is to encourage women to share as soon as they know. If you don't tie it to them being informed women could just wait out the clock. If 12 weeks is first trimester. It's plenty of time. If you want to make it 8 weeks so she has a month to miss her period I'd be fine with that. All a man has to do is change his mind and then we have a long court battle trying to prove he was…

100%. Just give men the same rights as women. If a woman has 12 weeks to decide to get an abortion, just give a man 12 weeks after he's informed about the pregnancy to indicate if he plans on participating in the child's life. This way, a woman can choose to incorporate this knowledge in her own decision if she wishes to. She could choose to abort, to have the baby but give it up for adoption, or to become a single mother. Everyone's choices are preserved and respected. Wow, I didn't think we'd …

The problem is not related to abortions at all. Look up safe harbor laws. A woman can give birth to a baby and drop that baby off at a hospital, or church, or police station no questions asked and her parental responsibilities are severed. She can do this without the consent of the father. It's easy and costs nothing. Women are not required to be parents and can walk away from financial support. Secondly, I don't think you realize that woman are granted the 'right to make a man a father'. This r…

What is the concern exactly? It's not a competition between men and women. Just try to maximize your own life to the best of your ability. My only issues with the genders right now is the unfair and biased family law system, which transfers wealth created by men to women who leave them. If we just made family law fair then people can go be happy or be miserable or be fulfilled or unfulfilled or whatever they choose to prioritize in their life.

I think a big part of the emotional labor men have to put revolve around two areas. Propping up what are often cripplingly fragile egos of women. Always praising completed tasks as 'amazing' or 'incredible' or 'absolutely crushed it' for what is often essentially satisfactory effort. Doing this is necessary to avoid the depression like trap that has women lamenting, complaining, dreading, or otherwise sulking about how hard everything is and no one understands. Dealing with an often bottomless p…

The reality is our news is presented through a matriarchal lens. What you're describing is a narrative that fits a feminist perspective on the situation. Women are thriving, men, without the propping up from the patriarchy are crumbling and failing. Phrases like 'bad personality' or 'aren't nice' really can mean very different things to different people. The overwhelming best thing you can do to have success with women are the following. 1) Work on your physical appearance. Lose weight and get i…

The 'nice guy' label is applied to men who think that being nice to women will act as substitute for the woman actually being attracted to them. So they invest a lot of effort hoping the woman will eventually see them as a dating option. What comes next is a matter of some debate. Some describe the nice guy as showing his true colors when he turns nasty when he doesn't get what he wants. Maybe telling the woman off, becoming angry and deranged. Other instances it may be a shaming label, where a …
