The blunt truth about social media and Instagram especially is that it is a reflection of your own life. So, if you live a boring office life without many hobbies I am not sure what you would even be posting on your Instagram. I would focus on improving yourself and your hobbies/habits and let social media follow.

First off props for admitting you read Cosmo. This study is very interesting but I don't think it really reveals too much about women. Ladies want and think about sex just as mucha as men, however they do not want to be seen as sluts. The media has made it so women believe that sex (for the most part) has to wait until you build up a strong enough emotional relationship with that person.
