Why instead of thinking alpha and beta don't you think it's normal to jave insecurities and that therapy helps you deal with that? There are woman who are insecures and they will give you hell because of it. Some other are secure and give hell for other reason There is no alpha and beta

I see what you mean. It is something outside of our control so it's useless to worry about it.. Also it doesn't depend on ourselves since many people cheat even when they are treated well!
