Maybe just bed her. Then you will realise she's just like every other woman. Nothing special. Then your oneitis will be over. You won't be obsessed with her anymore

Go to the beach with your dog and take a pic with it beside you while you are shirtless. Works better this way if you really want a shirtless pic. Lose the "pipeline operator" tho

Cut down on the unsaturated fats. AKA unhealthy fats. That shit gives you Visceral fat

Shouldn't we employ dread and not text first?

Basically everything you said. Additionally, if you have a desk bound job, try working standing instead of sitting. Especially after meals. Of course you don't have to stand 24/7. And also, stretch your hip flexors and correct your anterior pelvic tilt

You shouldn't pay for any "friend" just because you have more disposable income. You aren't an atm

I will say focus on your mma and gym. Those 2 certainly gives me a higher sense of accomplishment. Especially mma

When I was with my ex and I became bored of her, I have this feeling of "refuse to let the public know we are dating". This includes not wanting to hold hands/pda much. The only time I kino is when I wanted sex. I feel that if she's really attracted to you, she will definitely let you pda. Let me add that this feeling comes from me perceiving her as lower value and being embarrassed of being seen with her.

Never do steroids bro. (Or any other drug) Makes your muscle fibers and veins more apparent. Don't think girls are turn out by that. For me 215lbs for 6'0 is huge. Especially with 15% bf. Chris Evans was only 177lbs ish for his captain America body and he's 6'0 too. On another note, how did you clear up your skin? You should work on some other hobby or passions and focus on mental health.

Yo. I was 6 foot, 55kg 6 months ago. I've been eating and gymming and im 61kg now. Chicken breast, eggs alot of rice and breakfast helps. I follow the ivysaur 4/4/8 plan. It takes abit less than 1 hour to complete, including warm-ups and only requires 3 days a week. For skinny people like us, bone growth is very important to support our skinny weak arms. You need calcium. And the best source of calcium is dairy... Edit. 8 hours of sleep is important too

They say marriage is all about tolerating each other and working things out together... Not with your wife bro. Not with your wife. When you look at someone through rose colored-glasses, all the red flags just looks like flags. You seem like a very good man. Willing to work long hours to provide. Spend the money on yourself and rest more. Someone worthy who appreciates your hardworking-ness will come along.

If you want a future with her, then you can consider getting her to stay with you instead, assuming you have the resources. talk to her about this. Ask her if she needs you to step in to confront her dad or contact domestic for her. Let her know next time her dad get violent, you will take actions. If that's what you want of course.

I believe, in my opinion, that you staying will be enabling their toxic lifestyle. Leave. Kick off the toxic people outta your life

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
