2	Love this one I agree. But in a way it's helpful. If the offender is from a lower class family the family will have an easier time scrounging up $500 rather than $5000. But I truly believe that it's injustice for the legal system to be such a financial burden. 18	Love this one Yes, you pay them 10% of the bail and they front the full bail to the court system. Pretty sure there's some clause worked in somewhere if you don't show up you're on the hook.
