Drunk Woman Causes Car Accident Then Loads on the Criminal ChargesThe real drunk were the drivers we became along the way. Adventure! | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/03/22 08:05 PM
Love this oneI agree. But in a way it's helpful. If the offender is from a lower class family the family will have an easier time scrounging up $500 rather than $5000. But I truly believe that it's injustice for the legal system to be such a financial burden. You shouldn't be at an advantage just because you can buy a better lawyer or more time. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 23/05/20 08:11 PM

Love this oneRight, and I'm sure they use their discretion to evaluate if someone's a flight risk based on their record and charges. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 23/05/20 05:55 PM
Love this oneYes, you pay them 10% of the bail and they front the full bail to the court system. Pretty sure there's some clause worked in somewhere if you don't show up you're on the hook. But they make their money by charging $500 for a $5000 bail and then recovering their $5000 from the court system and keeping your $500. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 23/05/20 04:37 PM
Love this oneThrough a bail bondsman. Or you can pay the full amount directly and you get it back after you show up for court. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 23/05/20 04:15 PM
