Pretty sure the women on FDS keep saying they're doing the maintenance and makeup for themselves anyway. Can't really point to that as an expense when it's something people are doing regardless of whether or not they're dating. It'd be like a dude who works out saying he spends so much money on food and a gym membership that the woman shouldn't complain about going dutch because he spends money maintaining his look that she's obviously attracted to. Also I don't think anyone is complaining about…

That is one of the most hilarious things about that sub. Recently someone posted the profile of 42 yr old woman and she looked damn good and had a nicely written non-demanding profile. Her profile was so good that the top comment was a dude saying exactly that and a buch more were about how it was a decent profile. Scrolled down and literally see fan fiction posts of people trying to make up the worst story possible with no tangible evidence. Obviously the mods deleted the post because of rule 3…

Well it's implied in the name FWB that you're actually supposed to be her friend as well. What emotional responsibilities that entails depends on your view of friendship.

No it's all the same to me. I don't really care how many fish are in the sea if I just wanted that one, even though I realize that is the eventual reality of it all.

It's not about what she should think after the break up. It's the disposable mentality of "lol just get another" that harms relationship before there is even a marriage. Any rational human being understands that things may not work out and they should move on, but if one is actually serious about commiting to a life long partner then having that poisionous mindest in the forefront is not indicative of a partner who actually intends to dedicate themselves to that commitment. Things that are easil…

Imagine considering commitment to someone who has this mentality out of the gate. LOL Then you move on to the next one. There will always be another man around.

Pretty much. There's things on the surface you can take away from each sub that are healthy practices but any further than that and you become a manipulative, jaded, bitter, and selfish human being. If any "High Value" person FDS/TRP were dating stumbled upon their post history, that person nope the fuck out of that relationship immediately.

This sounds like the most idealistic answer I've read so far. I've seen a lot of comments on here basically saying if he doesn't respond to a life changing event in the prefect way then it's goodbye, which doesn't sound like a relationship built on the foundation of the vows of marriage. Any woman would expect her husband to support her through an event which could lead to depression so I don't see why that shouldn't be done here. If any of you have been in contact with a person who has been thr…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
