In my understanding: Red pill was a movement starting out in the 30+ years ago as a reaction towards parts of the feminist activism/movement, that 1) Saw society as a patriarchal tyranny. 2) That wanted equality of outcome, 3) That claimed that men are replaceable in society. 4) That experienced, that women got to choose single-handedly whether to have children or not. 5) Where it is increasingly difficult to maintain a marriage, where women break 70-80% of marriages and get paid for the divorce…

It is not a published paper yet, and your headline is misleading. Taken from the paper: "We propose that unwanted celibacy is an important but overlooked psychological risk factor for misogynistic attitudes, and that this applies to the general population, not only to Incels." It has nothing to do whatsoever with TRP. What exactly do you mean by brainwashing? And to begin to cite research without even remembering the title or in which context you brought out a citation from it, is plain forgery …

I would recommend a psychologist. It’s a jungle out there, finding the “one” therapist requires some luck, and I wouldn’t recommend playing with luck, not anymore, not with this. All the best. You have a whole life ahead of you, with a tough headstart. But you are not alone. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I understand completely. And I hope there are some clever people here to help out.

Well you got a point. But can you verify that it’s “red pill ideology” by definition? There are already many words for degrading, hating, discriminating women. And isn’t it, what this forum is made for to help people getting out from?

Ok. That is also a hard decision to make for yourself and still showing him loyalty. That’s a very sincere and compassionate way to go about it. If you can stand your ground and not give in for temptation, I believe you will both be on a healing path. Change takes time. Give that to both of you. Hope for the best for you and your friend/ex-boyfriend.

Are you sure you broke up bc of a quarrel about Andrew Tate? What about the other things you mentioned? Can you really live with this the rest of your life? If not then Why wait to finish it? If he really wants to be in a relationship with you, he would want to change. If he doesn’t want to, he has decided incompatibility. That is not a stable foundation to build a relationship on. He must have been spending a bit of time to develop these traits. Where were you in that time?

Why do you even bother reading all these comments and writing them here afterwards? There is a lot of misogyny, disrespect, foolishness, discrimination among a lot of men and maybe they gather in redpill communities, maybe not. But is it really redpill ideology? I thought this forum was for people, who seek help because they feel responsible for breaking families, feeling lost, feeling that women are responsible for a lot of bad things in their life. Why seek out the scum, that don’t want any he…

How Old are you? Get education, that involves it or working with the internet. Where you can work from home or anywhere. A friend of mine moved to Ghana with his wife, taking his work with him. Coming home to his original country on holidays, servicing customers, every 6 weeks while renewing his visa.

No, English is not my first language and yet it is not hard to discern a certain tone and restricted openness towards other view-points in your answers. I still would argue, that the way you describe red pillers, you define them as a group, and they are (as a group) all bad. The group could be very few or a lot - it doesn’t matter, they are all bad. If you want to listen to why I can misinterpret what you write I will give you the feedback, and if you are not interested, (as was clearly stated) …

Maybe not to you. And that doesn’t matter either. No i won’t go away, not your call 🤣 And yes it could be interpreted like that with the pseudoscience you presented. Come again

What does beta and alpha mean to her? By itself it is not bad to be either. It becomes bad, when people use the terms to devalue, blame or judge one another in negative ways. What is she really trying to say? Remember it might not mean, that she thinks ill of you, but she doesn’t know How to communicate her needs in a proper manner. What does it even mean red pill ideology? Please elaborate, what she said to you. Are you both on the same page? I would, exredpill or not, investigate a little befo…

I agree. Don’t necessarily call yourself a redpill, but address your feeling of discomfort. Consider a couple’s therapist/therapist for yourself as you might need to be able to open up about how you perceive certain things, that can seem shameful for you. Your relationship is the source of your worries, and could be the source of your healing

Well you claim it’s not worth debating and it is dying. So it is in you world at some point in time non-existing. And i argue, that it is worth debating because you can obviously observe things within it. Paragraf 5. All Red pillers are bad.: Paragraf 2: ..”one of the worst things being around red pillers..” i.e. there are at least 2 bad things about red pillers. And you talk about “Them” and “Us”. What is red pill praxeology? You claim, that it is not observable and therefore not worthy of deba…

And yet you label these people in a negative way and call that red pillers. It’s Ok that you label them, but they don’t exist by their own definition? My point was actually about the associating emotions one feels, when saying certain words or phrases. F.ex. If you say certain words or phrases to members of KKK or Nazis I assume you can measure their bloodpressure rises.

By saying that red pill doesn’t exist, what is then left? Nothing? But you still mention, that you have talked to a lot of red pillers, and by calling other people red pillers there should follow a set of negative emotions? I would argue, that the statement:” all that is red pill is wrong because of the association with degrading women, misogynistic utterances…” etc., is just an assumption. So when calling another person a red piller it is almost automatically someone we feel hateful, aversion o…

Have you read op? Explain with the OP’s hypothesis in mind the video: Human beings do something called girls’ night out and a lot of their spouses, it seems, have experienced them indulging in a behaviour that for the spouses feels like cheating. It takes some careful planning all the steps getting ready to go out, together with other girls, travelling on holidays, until the inappropriate behaviour. So firstly this is unconscious behaviour as op argues? If taking the linked video plus comments s…

There is a difference in being in love and loving someone. In love is driven by endorphins of the brain and typically lasts for about 6 months. Therefore also a kind of rush with highs and lows. Love is driven by Oxytocin, which is shared and found in high levels in other mammalian animals but not in reptiles. It lasts longer. Dopamine which also is found in other mammalian brains, is shared by both systems and is a highly addictive hormone. It is our “go-go-go” hormone released during projects …

Ok. Sorry for making you react/reply as if I attack you personally, which is not my stand point, but that you reply by linking a definition of strawman instead of taking my comment into consideration. So you Saw my reply as an attack and attacked back. Not my responsibility, but yours. I have noted, that you as a poster on this forum, informing readers that you have talked to a lot of red pillers, also reply in a hostile tone towards these readers of this Forum. Empathetically I have somehow tou…

Thanks for replying that my argumentation by default is false, showing no empathy for a lot of people around the world responding to the YouTube video, or for me for that matter. But I have to point to be aware of my question in the last part my reply. So to answer with referring to the definition of a strawman, is imo. not serious.

Well ask away. It doesn’t affect my mood. I feel neutral or I feel compelled to grasp it little at a time, not everything at once. Most often it is the dose that is toxic + our mindset + pattern of emotional triggers. To recalibrate, modulate and reintroduce another response to the question which by itself is very neutral, there is a therapist/psychologist to guide you.

I’m not completely sure what good black pill can do. What I looked up black pill sounds like nihilism. Saying one can’t quit sounds like an addiction or hanging in a thin thread. Is it symptoms of depression? Then seek help.

I think they talk about production of testosterone, which increases libido in both men and women. Not exactly detaching emotionally from women and create emotional distress as in creating drama. That actually decreases one’s sex desire and therefore decreases it. But I might be mistaken? They might have refered to this: Men produce more testosterone during sex, but apart from that he might have to be away from his woman to connect to the sources of testosterone production. Taking care of himself…

How Old are you? At some level it would be Ok to date and live by your parents. If you are 40, then it would most probably have a significant impact on the dating situation to have your own place. Assuming you are of average everything and in a good mental health state then work out the plan of moving out. But take your time. No hurry if you want to stay happy and content. If you think you should work on getting friends and support system, maybe do that before moving out. A good starting place i…

You have lost respect for him, messing everything up repeatedly. Why else seek help here instead of talking things through? He feels it too, I think. That you have list respect in him. He might have list respect in you before that. You now have 66 different comments from different people. Imo. before you make any final decisions you should go speak to your boyfriend about these considerations that you don’t seem compatible. I understand that you shouldn’t be with toxic people. And I agree with s…

It is hard to give advice, when I don’t know you: I try to keep good momentums going. And it sounds like you are pretty satisfied with your achievements in life so far. If not, then there seems to be something there to work towards. A relationship imo. is the icing on the cake. Not the be all end all. You bring a lot to the table: What values in life are the most important to you as a partner, parent, son, brother, friend, worker, collegue? What do you value in a potential partner? Assess if tha…

Leave if you feel you have alternatives, that are Ok. Stay if you feel there are not that many choices. Combine dating apps with the alternatives, meaning putting even more effort into the dating. Take a month off, and leave it be, as it is. Put the freed up effort and energy into socialising with close friends. Many options, No guarantee.

Ok. I’m not sure what the question is, so this will be pretty open-ended. You say you also struggle with body dysphoria. What is/are the other thing(s) you struggle with? I only read what you experience with women. Do you get therapy for the body dysphoria? I think to be realistic and concrete is key here. To know what can be changed and what can’t and therefore be accepted.

Yeah I can imagine. But you know from what a lot of people write here, that you have the right to experience kindness, compassion, friendliness, contentment. At least you can give that to yourself and seek the same from friends and family. I feel with you, bro.

Yes in her eyes you will always be one of the bad guys. To yourself you are one of the good guys being kind and compassionate. Be the kind adult in that relationship and from there do what is best for you.

If you aren’t in a healing relationship, then leave and get into one. It sounds like she has a disorder of some sort. All this therapy and you still didn’t get rid of what is hurting you. I wonder why your therapist didn’t talk to you about leaving that woman behind.

Of course. I know what you mean, but not all know or have heard about red pillers. And it is not like a disease that you catch. In my view, which i guess is maybe at least parallel to yours, it is more, that some people within the red pill community are more prone to letting their anger and hateful mindset amplify and project towards women. And a lot act upon these false beliefs. But they still behave, treat others and have a mindset of degrading others, incl. women regardless of which pretence …

Red pill isn’t a personality disorder. I think you should just say, that you encountered some nasty people probably with personality disorders etc. Stay within reality and don’t think that exredpillers are the good guys and red pillers are the bad guys. There are good and bad guys regardless of these terms. Stay safe, take care if yourself, and I hope you have people around you, that want to see you heal and grow.

Its a mess getting cheated on, and in a crisis like that I understand the anger and grief. I understand that there is a certain relief in blaming groups of people and telling others How you feel about it. I hope you are healing and arriving at a better place in life.

The term “Toxic” masculinity and feminity are debatable. I agree that people have different expressions of emotional stress, unhealthy behaviour etc. I agree that your emotional well-being can have an impact on your health. I agree that stress and symptoms of burnout is unhealthy. Oftentimes symptoms of emotional stress can be anger/aggression and emotional lability as you lose control of your emotional regulation, and all of this can be interpreted as weakness and again can impact your self-ima…

Personality and sex? 🤔 If people say something and you disagree then who is right? Is it just for casual sex?

In my opinion, your generalisation is strange: How I am doesn’t appeal to women, i.e. all women or is your sample size too small and out of your league? If you are just seeking casual sex and you are average looking, then look in the pool of average looking women. You can’t be picky if you don’t have the SMV to back it up. Get in shape and wash every day. Be open to whatever.
