As a gay guy I don't feel offended by Putin-memes. The intention is not to show him as gay, therefore less manly, but to make fun of his homophobia. But I do agree about the rest of what you have written.

If that's the case and you agree with me, then I agree with you too ;)

I am not sure, if I agree with you completely. Men who are unmanly can still get beaten up on the street. You can hardly compare it to some dumb stereotypes about gym-guys. With that being said, you do have a point. As a slim guy I do not consider myself being manly, but I like beer and I like football chants. And even though I'm gay, I used to be very much into what Britons call "laddish culture" when I was younger. I think there's nothing wrong with guys being guys, enjoying their energy and h…

Seems plausible. As the progressives have totally abandonded men's issues and problems, many right-wingers see their chance. And address them in a way, which sooner or later becomes utterly problematic.

I would say it in a different way. I think the problem nowadays is men are ridiculed whenever they are displaying their more traditionial masculinity. Yet when the shit gets really hard everybody expects them to turn back to the XIXth century. It should be the other way round. No one should expect anything from men. No one should force them to be what they don't want to be. But the more traditional forms of masculinity shouldn't be branded as toxic and evil.

Yeah, Marco Crepaldi is the only one I know :) I love this guy and feel sorry for him, because of the shit he, poor fella, gets from the woke mob on twitter. Yet he is as cautious not to offend anybody one possibly can be. I'll check this podcast. Thanks, mate!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
