OK maybe i am wrong, maybe it is legal practice to shock people that aren't obeying orders, in this case, this is fucking insane and fucked up. Tasers can be deadly, if i was to tase somebody it would be assault with a deadly weapon, but an officer can use it, if somebody doesn't comply with his orders, even when there is no possible bodily harm to anybody? This is fucking insanity.
