I usually just say that I'm a perfectionist, and then elaborate on scenario (time permitting) where I spent way longer getting something just right. Never fails me, but unless your giving off red flags then I don't think the answer content really matters...itsw all in your delivery of the answer.

AmlanceJockey is right on the money here.. sound advice. For me, I knew I was back to normal when I started having wet dreams on a reasonably consistent schedule.. YMMV but for me it was every 7-10 days Once I had an approximate schedule worked out I did as Amlance above

Try and get butter from grass fed cows... not sure what you can get in the states, but unsalted kerrygold is good. Its a bit extreme for some, but I use a glob of decent butter in my coffee instead of milk... recently got tested, and was over the average on T compared to most. You probably eat a lot more veggies than I... eggs are the main thing i eat
