Yeah it can be... and maybe its a me problem, but just sharing for transparency. It shouldn't be, but I always seem to get the ick when a girl comes on too strong really early on (commonly after sex for the first time). And I mean real strong... of course there should be some progression of feelings and connection thats only natural. Its just sometimes people almost seem like a totally different person. Or like go from calm casual conversations to texting 20 times a day and asking about family a…

Love this analogy, and thats some great advice at the end there but I think theres some other accepted and broader uses of the word. Underlying assumption of the conversation and/or situation is a good place to start. Frame is used like a metaphor from "how you frame it". One doesn't just tape a diploma randomly to the wall. You frame it over your desk because you are a proud doctor from a good school. That rudimentary tho, this expanded long ago to how people tell stories. Like you can describe…

I was pregaming with two girls at a house. I knew one of them well, drinking buddy, and we'd hooked up before but it didn't work out and she was always chasing a new guy. The other girl was kinda new to me. So were hanging out getting a buzz, and my friend says this girl has never seen a dick before "why don't you show her yours" and I kinda laugh it off but shes being are being serious and the other girl is all smiles. So I start to undress, kinda make a show of it, and make some comment that i…

Maybe get theydidthemath in here but... Pretty sure 30000 swipes takes less time then a long term relationship. So you are probably ahead on time. Hmmm 🤔 Like 50 swipes a day probaly what 15 mins? So 30000 / 50 = 600 days, 600×15= 9000mins, 9000/60 = 150 hours... so spend 150 hours with somone and you good. At 6 hours a week of casual dating thats 6-7 months and you good.... well that was a rabbit hole I didnt think I was going down..

I can appreciate your sentiment but I dont really think being an over achiever is tied to being alpha. there are people that are one without being the other. and there are people that are over achiever that arent that good at it. And their are people that ouze success and respect that arent really ambitious.

cause theres alot of other things you can do with your time. you think hugh hefner, leonardo dicaprio, or donald trump spend that much time in the gym? think its been holding them back?

yawn you know if your smart you can succeed in life many ways. I think spending 250 hours a year at the gym is only a good plan (if you enjoy doing so or) for people that dont have much can of success on their ingenuity and character alone.

This is a bit of a misnomer. If my mother had an abortion I wouldnt exist and Id never have a chance to care. but if the child exists and then one of the parents abandons it then that makes them a dead beat doesnt matter if its the mother or father. I say this as I was raised by my mother. my fathers a was rarely there for me. The way I see Id like to think I was entitled to a father (to both parents being responsible to their actions). It doesnt really work like this tho but I for one would lik…

no women can not abandon a born children with no consequence. they can seek out adoption program. A single father or couple could do this as well. it is the same option. But If a woman decides to keep her child the man is required to pay child support. thats a child support issue you want child support reform and that is an different topic dont blend them together. And yeah I personally feel that men owe a dept to women whom carry their childern. If they arent willing to pay that dept (which is …

man your dense. your question ive already answered a dozen times and was the point of the thread. woman carry children thats just something woman do that men cant. Thay talking about abortion not adoption, If a woman seeks an abortion that is her prerogative. If you wanna get into the morals or ethics of abortion go talk to a politician or priest im not going there. but in places where abortion is legal it makes perfect sense to me that it is the person carrying the child that has the final deci…

because real men are responsible for their actions. they dont leave other people to deal with issues theyve created. But I dont trust most men to be accountable for their actions many if it werent law would knock up women and leave them with the burden of raising a child alone. which is been proven time and time again in history. Now it is slightly unfair that a woman having a abortion maybe denying a man the right to see his child raised. but she is the one talking on the physical risks of chil…

im for mens rights as an issue and a topic of discussion but I dont support men being able to abandon children because the mother wont get an abortion.

Well im a man and I dont see it quite that way. If abortion is option granted by society. Its the woman's body that is effected by the baby and for that reason the final decision to have an abortion or not should lay in her hands. A talk about policy change of child support is a completely different discussion in my opinion. I dont even understand how after thinking about it anyone could say (if abortion is allowed) that the final choice not be the womans. If it weren't, that would be akin to fo…

Then I think your missing the point. The picture was talking about abortion. Its point was when societies deny women the right to have abortions there is an argument that your subjecting them to physical abuse. (in that something physical going to happen to their body that they dont want to and there is an option to avoid that but its being denied to them.) thats it end of point. it doesnt have to do with man in this sense. if or if not there was a man involved the physical aspect is there for t…

I dont know how you can say the effects of pregnancy are irrelevant. It has a pretty significant effect on someone for a long time. its like life as usual. have you ever been around someone whos pregnant for an extended time... them "extending the defintion of violence" is only in regards to someone being forced to endure it. they are not saying a regular wanted pregnancy is violent. I think your hung up on the abortion aspect of it and im not going near that so...

nah man your aging example is a stretch to say the least. pregnancy is like taking strong hormones for 9 months follow by and large object being created and ejected from your body. In the sense that there is an option to avoid that process its forced. sure the body can handle the pregnancy but many woman's bodies and minds are not the same before and after pregnancy. And there can be numerous complications. some women even die from the process (yes very rare). where the expression violence comes…

guy here, gonan have to side with the women on this one. if your forced to carry a child there is a physical effect on your body. hense the term violence. men however do not face the physical risk. I do understand there are other implications but the physical ones can not be ignored.

things like rights, racism, oppression, sexism; are not a contest, or to be compared to one another or used as a measure of what ok. thats not what its about its about working towards a better place for everyone and trying to empathetic and understanding

I think its all about equality. treating people no better or worse because of their race, orientation, creed, or sex. Its not just treatment but reaction as well.
