| 5 | Financial abortionI don’t see how this situation would be any different than if they weren’t married. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 13/05/25 11:44 PM |
| 4 | Financial abortionWhat does that mean? What’s the exception? If the man wants a child and the woman does not, then the relationship is incompatible and the couple should get divorced. Marriage shouldn’t sign your bodily autonomy away. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 13/05/25 11:39 PM |
| 6 | Financial abortionSo many things wrong with that last statement. Marriage doesn’t bind anyone to start a family. There are plenty of childless married couples. Also, why would you even want a family with a woman who doesn’t want one? That’s a recipe for resentment and it’s not fair for the kids to have a mother who didn’t want them. And there are plenty of ways to have a family that don’t involve the wife giving birth. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 13/05/25 11:32 PM |
