In short, I am definitely hiring all guys next week. Unacceptable. You hire and assess people as individuals, not according to their gender. You should feel free not to rehire individuals who were not appropriately sharing responsibilities or not treating others fairly. You should also provide strong recommendations to people who do strong work and not to others. However, you do not pre-judge applicants based on gender.
