I agree about gyms. They have many upsides that I didn’t go into length about. The point is that fat loss is mostly dependent on diet, not exercise.(though health is dependent on both). On fasting: It will work on everyone, it’s just physics. However, not everyone can do it. Some people are probably not healthy enough to risk longer fasts. FWIW: to men...women won’t listen anyway. Gyms are great for having a healthy body and firmer/larger body parts. Losing weight is mostly diet.
