5	What happens to Life Insurance Insurance during/after Divorce NAL. There is usually a temporary injunction put in place when you file for divorce. This is a restraining order to prevent dissipation of marital assets. If your ex changed the beneficiary on her policy during the injunction, that’s a no-no and you should make your attorney aware. 2	Need advice for dating app timing. I think as men, it's difficult for us to learn this skill as societal influences teach us to be silent about our emotions and feelings. Not using that as a cop-out, and not sure about you, but I never had an influence in my life that taught me healthy boundaries. Among other things. 2	Need advice for dating app timing. No problem! Yes, focus on yourself and healing/cleaning up your side of the street. I've been working extremely hard on myself this past year during my divorce so I can be the best parent to my kids and also so I won't fall into a co-dependent relationship again like I had with my ex. Only one party needs to assert that he or she believes the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”” Adultery is rarely prosecuted there. 2	Need advice for dating app timing. If your divorce isn't final, I would suggest not dating UNTIL it is final. Not sure what state you live in, but some at-fault states you could be found guilty of adultery. (Your ex could then change her reason for divorce to this instead of "irreconcilable differences".) Also, it could make things more difficult on you and your divorce process if she finds out. Especially since you have so many mutual friends. 4	Wife is living with another man I would think that would be enough evidence to at least prove "dissipation of marital assets" in an at fault state. That alone could influence Alimony/distribution of assets. Talk to your attorney though. If you need further proof, probably need to hire a private investigator.
