I'm not mad I'm just flabbergasted that you aren't getting that these things are accounted for, women who work just as hard, just as many hours, same degree, no children, etc etc still make less. Sure sometimes, but when all variables are accounted for, women make 4-8% less than men on average. This is the unexplained gap which cannot be accounted for and is directly because of discrimination

Like I just said above, when hours worked is accounted for, the gap is still there. Women with no kids who are fully devoted to their job still will most likely make less than their male counterparts.

I did say that was taken into account, when studying the exact same jobs, same experience, same hours worked, no children, etc. Men still make significantly more

Real talk though even when college degree, hours, years worked, maternity leave, etc etc etc are taken into account there is still a 4-8% wage gap that can be pretty much only attributed to discrimination

Difference between being CLEAN and being OCD. You get diagnosed with OCD when you start disturbing others with your OCD.
