Yeah, not all academic feminists want to partner with men. In fact, many of them actively promote hate towards men. I say that as a researcher who spends a lot of time with academic feminists, and behind closed doors it's VERY clear they couldn't care less about men or their issues. Being educated doesn't stop you from being hateful.

Totally agree. I don't even think it's a particularly good technique for women either. I mean....if it works for you then great. But I've always found that explaining what I'm feeling is a) really difficult to do because it's hard to put into words, b) really really uncomfortable, because the stuff in my mind is horrible and I don't want anyone to know I'm thinking it, and c) just....not productive in the slightest. Toxic masculinity is just a way to blame men for the problems that they have. It's a children's "why are you hitting yourself" situation.
