Relationships, what it's like being a man, advice etc? Imagine if a few men walked into a women's hairdresser. The women may be slightly less comfortable talking about certain subjects with them around, no? I wouldn't blame them. I work in very female dominated area and they don't care at all. I've heard all sorts of stuff. In fact, they might be even more explicit just to tease me. I just wouldn't imagine myself feeling hesitant to talk about any of that in the vicinity of a woman. And I also d…

What are things they'd want to talk about that they'd be hesitant to in front of a woman? The only things I can think of that'd come to mind is trashy and crude stuff, which plenty of men don't partake in.

Everyone saying it was terrible are over reacting. It was a mediocre comedy. Nothing to write home about, but not what these guys are making it out to be

Uhh, that doesn't look like Serena. Just google Serena caricatures. This caricature is just a conglomeration of the typical black features and looks like a shrunken voodoo head.

I don't think it was the thief bit that got her the penalty, but threatening the ref that he would never work another one of her games again. Nadal I believe made the same threat against the same ref some years ago and got a code of violation for it as well. The only difference was that Nadal had fewer code of violations before he made the threat, so he didn't get penalized a game. It comes down to the first code of violation for sideline coaching, which apparently a lot of people do and get awa…

How do you know though? Maybe you're stuck in purgatory. Maybe you suppressed memories of abuse. Maybe you're in the closet.

I'm glad everything is alright. Im not familiar with MA, but I'm sure that you'd probably get better treatment around Boston or some other large population center than the rural parts of the state.

If that's what happened, then you're right that a mistake was made. I'm sorry that happened to your family. Most cases of disgruntled patients are results of a misunderstanding or confusion due to miscommunication or a lack of communication, so I assumed that was the case.

Well, seeing as my wife has been a nurse for a decade, and I'm a phone call away from several doctor friends... please. Elaborate on the medical need for circumcision. Are you guys kidding me? Did you even read OP's and my comments? I didn't discuss circumcision at all. There's no empirical evidence that suggests that circumcision is necessary or even beneficial and no where in my comment do I suggest that there is evidence. Does no one in this comment thread have reading comprehension skills? Y…

They threatened that insurance would not pay for our stay if we chose to leave against the doctors recommendation. This is standard procedure for leaving against doctor's recommendation. Also, hypertension in pregnant women is a serious cause of concern. I can't speak for the doctor, but a baby born with the head not facing the cervix still has the potential to be born without a C-section, so the doctor may have been trying to avoid a C-section until some complications must have arisen.

A psychiatric exam is done to diagnose an individual with a suspected psychiatric disorder. Depending on what they diagnosed the person, there could be a "chemical imbalance" in laymen's terms that one would require medication to alleviate. I can't say what these "debunked or obsolete ideas" could be because that is weird and not systemic in medicine. Some obsolete ideas are worth knowing, such as percussions of the thorax. It is more accurate to perform screenings on the thorax now, but if I wa…

Due to the fact that you called me a cuck unironically, I can already gleam what end of the intelligence spectrum you reside on. The wrong end to no one's surprise.

Reread his post. the chemical imbalance anecdote had nothing to do with his foreskin anecdote. I didn't even mention the foreskin stuff, I'm just talking about the tirade at the end saying that the medical field is insane and nobody cares.

I feel sickened with the amount of insanity in the medical field. Oh please. Stop being so dramatic. The amount of "insanity" in medicine is virtually zero. A chemical imbalance could be any hormone, enzyme, transmitter, etc. that is either over produced or being impeded. This person said chemical imbalance as a layman's term so you could wrap your head around it. You don't know what you're talking about and don't have the education to know what you're talking about. Edit: Go ahead and downvote …

It's better for everyone to rehabilitate than to punish. The best case scenario is this lady learned her lesson. If they threw the book at her, then she'd become a drain on society.

Stop being so defensive. I didn't insinuate you did. One can't determine how another would react, but that other person is bound by the same laws. If they react by going beyond what constitutes self defense, then they've committed a crime. What we are saying are not contradictory. Why aren't you concerned with the fact that she initiated the event that we all viewed? Because no one is debating whether what she was doing was right or wrong. It clearly was wrong. Why aren't you concerned with the …

I would suggest you re-read what I wrote as your statement is not mutually exclusive to either the original offender or the self defender. If someone hits you, it doesn't give one the right to anything goes.

You don't get to determine what constitutes self defense either. Self defense isn't an excuse to be unnecessarily violent.

Have you ever been to high school? This is clearly a high school and that girl likely is an easy target for bullying.

I can't imagine someone this indignant would actually comply and pick that up with their barehand. More likely they'd kick it in the street or throw it at the house out of spite or some nonsense.
