I work at a tech company that hires progressives. All of my decisions are constantly being looked at with a microscope and scrutinized for other people to make themselves look better. Do not replace your mental illness for a woman. Focus on something. The gym is a big one that helps, people say “running for 10 minutes doesn’t do anything” but that’s false. You got out of your house went to the gym or outside and ran... which is better than just sitting around doing nothing inside your own head.
