If I've learned anything living where the obese are hardly a minority, Its that men are equally as sensitive about "shaming" I worked for a guy that was around 320 when I started, almost 400 when he left, and he would claim (at least once a month) that a new doctor he saw was a fattist. I assume because every doctor he saw told him he had less than 10 years to live.
