3	Self Improvement Saturday - 12/13/14 I'm on the half-time stretch of monk mode. It's been about 2 months. My fitness has increased a lot and women especially are noticing, which is nice. I look great and got a good haircut so the physical aspect of all of this gets a good grade. Still work to do before next summer where I plan to travel the country a bit and possibly do some agriculture-related work on the west coast for a month or two. 2	Self Improvement Saturday - 12/13/14 Quit cold-turkey. As rough as it sounds, trust me. People who ween themselves off never really quit. You have to exterminate the addiction, not slowly walk it out the door.
