I'm 6'1 210 and somewhat muscular but not ripped by any means, and I think it's pretty easy to be throwing women around who aren't fat. You're right about most men though. Most men are conditioned to second guess themselves nowadays instead of doing what they want. They think the fallout of doing one wrong thing will ruin the entire experience, but it's the opposite. Of course I think that's important. A no or stop that is ignored is breaking the law big time, and would be a tremendous red flag. It's sexy to work together to get what you both want. I agree. I personally have been written up and given a final warning for making a lesbian joke to my friend who thought it was funny. Just giving her shit like she gave me, but someone overheard it and got offended. The joke? "Kat likes girls huh?" Got reported by McKenzie. She reported others for shit like that and everybody, managers included, hated her, but they can't do anything that will jeopardize their job. A few weeks of waiting is no big deal. Over a month is get the fuck outta here. Leaving and not looking back is basically saying you aren't going to settle, which is an attractive quality to have. It's not. I actually denied advances on a girl recently on the second date, and she denied me on the third lol. On the fourth, which was around a month, we actually had sex and I believe it's better than first or second date sex. I didn't stretch my psoas at all and had terrible form on squats/abs. I ended up tilting my pelvis and making one of my discs "bleed". Not sure if they bleed or leak fluid but it was leaking something. After a few months of stretching and dieting, I got back to where I was before the injury, and now lifting healthier and better than ever.

I've lost weight and gained it back and now 4/5 back to my goal. TRP really peaked my curiosity in lifting weights and looking the part. I don't buy everything about TRP but you cannot argue they don't give amazing advice on psychical attributes you need to gain. Posture, strength, and body language have helped me a ton with women. It really depends. Not ideal, but if a woman is widowed or her ex is not in her life, it could be worth it depending on what you want. If you’re busy as them it helps. That said I don’t date single moms because of all the issues involved.
