45	Mateguarding- Don't do it. Recently ended a relationship like this. As soon as I started to get in contact with my ex to give my LTR a taste of her own medicine, she accepted it knowing that I would have to accept her talking to her ex. At that point I decided to end the relationship later that night without any real closure.
