If you've been a hardcore porn addict for years, then two weeks is nothing. 90 days of NoFap is pretty much the minimum of undoing the damages caused by porn to your brains. If you haven't read Your Brain On Porn by Gary Wilson then do yourself a favour and read it. It'll change your life. Fighting that shit is very hard. I've been there.

The book thing is a nice suggestion and I kind of tried it already with one of our members I think would be the most open minded towards TRP. The problem is I live in Scandinavia and none of those books are translated into my language. Not everyone here is skilled enough to read books in English. But like you said, this shit is hard because you don't talk about Fight Club.
