The reason we don't think women will ever change is not because we believe in biological determinism, it's because we don't see even the slightest amount of desire in part of women for a real change. Men have been able to gag their hypergamy and all drives and senses of self preservation because there has been an unbelievable amount of pressure on us to do so by society, religion, law and even economy. This pressure doesn't exist on women, there will always be some beta who will indulge her ever…

You're welcome. It should all be about self preservation for you as a man in a misandric culture. You are very young, and you should live your life to the fullest, some won't agree with me but I personally think that a man should only go his own way after he found out first hand that even sex isn't worth the effort anymore. So follow the guidelines, be VERY smart, and whatever you do, never, ever get married. With a lot of hope you won't be "pushed" completely to our side by some woman and alway…

Really? You think that's the reason? and not making it impossible for men to be men in the workplace? You don't think it's the "fire the sexist bastard on sight, for cracking a joke" attitude? or the worthlessness of competing against women, when the reason you got a job in the first place was to attract women?

It's interesting that the same people who think with a "women's studies" degree they can produce theories on biology, anthropology and even physiology have invented a term for a man who tries to explain something to a woman who is the expert on the subject. Typical feminist: do something, then project it on men and shame them for it.

I never cohabitate with anyone I'm dating. I never want to get married. I never want to have kids. You're assuming all men become a slave to the gynocentric society by choice. I've known at least three people who became child-support paying, no visitation rights having "fathers" out of a one night stand. I also had a friend who married some bitch he banged a couple of times (because she "got" pregnant) out of some misplaced sense of morality that society forces on men. And there are thousands of…

They have a point about all of this lack of females in video games It's called market forces Jesus Christ, it's like the femenazis have actually convinced everyone that the world is upside down. THEY DON"T HAVE A POINT, THEY ARE LYING, WOMEN ALREADY MAKE UP TO 40% OF THE GAMING INDUSTRY: Forty-seven percent of all game players are women. In fact, women over the age of 18 represent a significantly greater portion of the game-playing population (30 percent) than boys age 17 or younger (18 percent)…

It's fascinating how you condition being a man on doing something for/about/to women, there is no such thing as a "real man", all men are real and nobody should be obliged to do something in order to just exist in the language. It's amazing how in every single culture around the world women "are", but men "become", and god forbid if you fail to live up to the standards of a "real man". The problem lies with you not us, you expect men to be respectful without cause, and censor they're whole exist…

They're not doing it for profit, they're running scared because some random chick felt "threatened" and called them "sexist" and raised false flags about misogyny in their community. Women are already forty some percent of the gaming market, this is about control, video games are part of male culture, women are always welcome in male spaces as long as they adopt to fit that space and don't try to change it to suit them better. Also, what do you mean by "something else will emerge"? Men will find…

The delusional cunts who think when men are alone they're conspiring against women and how to oppress them more effectively have been shaming gamers since the late 90s, this new war is their endgame. They will create false issues, they will fake sexism and misogyny, they will get in on all game productions and they will feminize it in a way that men will no longer find it exciting or appealing. This has happened to every other male dominated space in the past fifty years, gaming is one of the la…

I don't think they're stupid, at least not all of them. It's not that they don't understand the issues, or aren't able to see how harmful their man hating ideology is to men, they just don't care! So yeah, from what I see, most of the time it's them being outright evil and sadistic.

Your downvotes show evidence to the contrary, need for female approval is such a fundamental drive in men that it will, as it has been in the past overcome any truth. Right now not offending "the right women" and "not being misogynistic" is much more important in this sub than being right. The "movement" is declining, by growing in numbers but getting more and more politically correct.

I love how one of them gives the "argument" about how risky it is for women to have children compared to men, so they should have more rights, using the "more responsibilities, more rights" argument with no sense of irony.

I always say "rape culture" is very much real, but only for male victims. They get blamed and humiliated, their existence is denied or ignored by the absolute vast majority of people, they never receive the help, support and sympathy they need, they almost always get accused of "asking for it" and "wanting it" and so on. Sometimes it's like feminists have taken the reality and described it very accurately, but in the exact opposite way.

He still has good point, the default should be "respect anyone who is deserving of respect", not "respect everyone"(or "women"...). I do not and will not respect Noe-Nazis regardless of their gender, for example.

In a society where women have the power to "eliminate" a man's access to his children because he raised his voice or didn't pay child support, not allowing convicted criminals "raise" their children in "prison" is considered a good enough cause to sue the government for. Remember, nobody has taken away these women's right of visitation, they want to raise their children, in prison.

It's an amazingly simple, yet excellent point. he's saying if hating women is a negative label, it means hating women in that society is frowned upon and is not tolerated, since it's something to be accused of. Not like Misandry, which isn't even included in the dictionary, in a world where some 'scholars' are calling for and encouraging male extinction.

So, damned if you do, damned if you don't? Also you're pretending that this "common courtesy" wasn't a gendered favor that only men did for women just because they were women. Also you're ignoring the fact that this bitch being a bitch isn't an isolated incident, women have written books on this "issue" and created social and political movements to fight it! People like you have striped this word "sexism" of any real meaning, and name-calling only goes so far.

The reason why it's starting in Japan first is because Japanese men are/were traditionally much more disposable than western men, and marriage became more trouble than it was worth pretty quick. Of course it's deception when you paint yourself to look more pretty, when being pretty is one of the most important traits men look for when choosing their mates. No, but nobody makes women lie, they just do it. A man lies about her morning breath, the way her cooking tastes, her sense of fashion, what he really thinks of her mom or her career, because that's the only way for him to get laid(or continue to get laid), a woman's equivalent is make up, they "lie" by wearing make up to make themselves closer to the standards of the opposite sex. But women lie for so many different reasons and in so many different ways and for so many different things that it'…

Capability is irrelevant, doing something harmful to yourself for the sake of others has requirements that the first and most important one of them is disposibility. If you're worth to the society more alive, then joining an organization like army is going to be banned for you, or at least voluntary. Besides if you go back a century or two, women actually were incapable of combat because it was more physical and didn't end at pulling a trigger or pushing a button.

Thank you for the respond, yes it is true that single mothers try their best to be good mothers, I don't doubt that for a second, but the problem here is not the lack of trying on their part(and I don't think that anybody tried to suggest such a thing here), it's the attitude that fathers aren't "necessary", and mothers are "perfectly capable of raising children by themselves". This "don't rape" bullshit is just a shaming tactic: embarrass the absolute vast majority of good, decent and honest men by the actions of evil, sick and rapist men, and push the first group into more submission. Not in early theory, the dictionary definition of it and what ordinary people would like to think feminism is all about. They used to pretend(when they were still the counter-culture, and didn't actively and willingly participated in the most oppressive institution of western civilization, divorce courts)that they are against traditional 'treats' women largely and solely benefited from at the expense of men(like say, chivalry), because they were based on this belief that women aren't as powerful…

In my opinion it has never been worth the risk from an individualistic perspective, men always lost the deal, and put way, way more into the traditional relationship than their female counterparts, without getting any genuine appreciation or even recognition for their sacrifices. Nowadays of course the situation has degenerated to the level of being almost ridiculous.

It is funny how you reject the accusation to have created a falsehood of my position, and then precede to do so in a new fashion, once again. No I don't think that it was rational, ever. I don't think you're rational either, in fact what you just did here was giving a counter-example when it is not relevant, and then created a Strawman of what I was saying, and then preached me about equal rights, and then tried to get a rise out of me by saying my argument is retarded without giving any reasons as to why... They don't have any other options, they can't debate their points(they never have)because Feminism has never been a rational movement, and they can't ignore us either because we influence men in a very "dangerous" way. Your comment is nothing but the same old female demand from men "be only aroused when I want you to', I'm sorry but that is just not possible, no one could deny their biology, and what happens after all the "harassment suitsl" and mass-shamings are done, is that men try and 'hide' their arousal to keep women comfortable. If this is not a mandatory restriction of the most basic male sexual element(being aroused or intrigued by female body), then what is it?
/r/MensRights05/04/13 06:56 PM
2

Have you ever asked yourself why should male sexuality be subjected to such restrictions? because it makes women feel uncomfortable? what this means is men should comfort women at their own expense. It's nothing but sexual manipulation if you use your good looks to advance in the workplace and win points with the boss by wearing low skirts, but expect everyone you're not interested in to pretend they don't exist.

Off-topic observation: This, is how reasonable and rational a man has to be if he wants to be heard. I personally don't see it in myself the ability to react in such an emotional situation with this much clarity and respect. My hat's off to him.

What amazes me is the lack of any form of logical arguments in this text, it's like feminists don't feel the need to give credibility to their claims with Logical reasoning, which is the most basic way of authentication, and just present them and expect everyone to accept them as facts, just because they were expressed! Do they understand that this not how human knowledge works? That you have to back up your every claim with evidence, or at the very least draw reasonable conclusions from your pr…

This, I too have a similar experience. Last years I was there to visit my best friend and I saw so many young men drinking by themselves. And the occasional male-only groups were very quiet compare to girl-only ones. Of course I don't know if this is because of feminism(or even if it's a real phenomena and not just my personal, wrong assessment), but it seemed to me that men over there don't bond with each-other the way we do here in Italy.
/r/MensRights04/04/13 02:54 PM

It might not be accurate, but it is true. Under almost every single thread that is criticizing the current state of men in an emotional way, there is somebody with many upvotes saying "stop whining". It's not 'tough love', it's and expression of inconvenience: you don't like problems to be addressed and discussed in an emotional manner and prefer to have a movement based on hard core facts and rational discussion, which is great, but life is not a discourse, and many of our daily experiences are…
