40	New anti-sexism laws in Belgium: catcalling could result in a fine of €1000 and up to one year in jail. The issue in this has more to do with young males (youths) of Moroccan descent that hang around the street continuously and harass, commit crimes and have a general disrespect of everything white, police. 0	Masculine role models from the US? Not in their prime, but van Damme, Schwarzenegger, Bas Rutten. Though all grew up in Europe. On a different note it seems the new wave of action hero's aren't as much of a true role model as the flicks and cartoon-inspired movies they're in are all PG-13'd.
