Don't do martial arts while you are full of anger. Save it for a more stable state. Heavy work helps a bit. For example woodcutting or demolition.

Tell him that you as his child need him and his support but you are not getting it while he is in this state. It is a bit harsh and raw but dads are willing to go trough hell for their children.

You do it day by day. The first six months is hell but after that it gets better. Don't supress your feelings but also spend a lot of time on hobbies so you can detach from the shitty situation.

1: Anything and everything you have can disappear in a split second. 2: Nobody cares about you. 3: Nothing ever will be enough. 4: People change (sometimes rapidly).

They will figure it out eventually so just tell them. They will be sad but you are their child so hopefully they will support you. It broke me when I told my parents but the hardest was telling my grandparents (75 years olds). But the family supports me and I love them for it, it feels much better talking openly about what is going on.

1 month. Then I accepted that there is no going back. The first 6 months were hell mentally. I am still not well but it is better now

Also join online support groups. They are free and eliminate the "I am alone" feeling.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
