Ask her why she said that but set up a recorder up YOURSELF before hand. Have her admitting there was never any violence. Send yourself the recording by email or drive and delete the physical copy. There's some subplot you may not be aware of here, be careful.

Some have tried posting OYS and got past the insults but got banned as soon as a mod had a crazy spree

It's blatantly clear but somehow it's not admitted and hidden behind the "it's a feature not a bug" pretense

It's a fair assessment. Someone should do the job before asking for nuance. The critics are more about how a good chunk of posters are getting uber slam dunked on as soon as they starts OYS and so never come back. And the ones who come back have to filter between comments who legit advise them and say "thanks for this insight" at anyone else calling them a "bitch fuck fucktard fuck" and providing nothing else. MRP teaches self respect but at the same time to take a verbal spanking from randos li…

Some people here are "vets" - for whatever that means - who respond just for entertainment. You won't find legit advice from them. Better ignore them.

I read the entire exchange. No one argued against effort or heavy lifting where appropriate. Factually, the discussion was about adapting training modalities for long trained individuals whose personal history can make maximal 1RM powerlifting unsustainable. For example, shifting toward hypertrophy focused training with higher reps and lighter weight, alongside mobility work, approaches this subreddit often label as “not lifting at all,” despite being precisely what allows many to keep training …

Sorry but I chuckled. That's the bare minimum right here brother. She wrecked and still tries to wreck your life and you've been wishing her happy birthdays? And if you don't she gets angry ? So you give her the full benefits of being a wife but she never has to endure any of the obligations. Win-win for her. Take a step back and see how ridiculous that was. For your own good and self-respect. She doesn't respect you it's on her. You don't respect yourself it's on you. Not trying to be harsh, tr…

Relationship is only if we live together permanently? I feel like I'm in a relationship I see her almost daily, she comes to my place, I go to hers, we go out with the kids... I dunno..

STFU is mostly what I do. I read WISNIFG right now and some old archived posts. I think I'm not ready yes. But I don't understand why.

I've read NNMNG and WISNIFG. I am rereading WISNIFG cause I don't manage to implement it well. Read a lot of posts from the sidebar too. Shit you're right I need to stop blaming my ex-wife or anyone else and take responsibility for what happens to me. I haven't moved fully perhaps.

I said almost exactly that one time. She said of course not and he was horrible blablabla but according to her it's because that's the only other man she ever knew and has no other point of comparison. She comes from a very religious conservative family and was fiancee at 16 and married at 18. I still don't see why it's brought up tho.

Never showed her that. I actually never told her she's beautiful. Ever. But truth is I'm a 7.5 at best. And my previous wife was below me especially at the end. So it's a bit strange for me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
