5	How to communicate my emotions as a guy? Hey mate, you're definitely not alone in feeling like this and having difficulty in expressing emotions. Traditional masculinity asks young men to not communicate on that level, especially in moments of grief or love, seeing it as a moment of weakness rather than what it is, caring deeply for another person.
