I strongly advise learning to use headers to make yourself a more effective written communicator.

WISNIFG is one of the best-selling assertiveness manuals of all time. Long story short, it's set up more like a textbook and gives actionable techniques and models with tons (and tons) of examples. It's structured like this because its purpose was/is to actually teach assertiveness classes.

You handled it fine. Those other guys talking shit are just trying to sound cool. They're the same motherfuckers who would have jumped you if you hit her. There's no win if you hit her in that situation.

What does a woman have to do to be deserving of a LTR? There's no right way for a woman to act for you to decide you want to be in an LTR with her. However, there are a lot of wrong ways for her to act. You're asking the wrong question here. Is there any reason to be in a LTR? Because you want to be. That's the only reason.

Gonna ghost this weekend, then re-engage next week. You're going to come across as tryhard and whiny as fuck with this.

Still obv a sign of disrespect. Wrong. You're all up in your ego here. Shit just happens sometimes, and it has nothing to do with you.

I think you're in your own head too much. Just enjoy them for what they are instead of comparing them to some standard that you have in your head. If you like her, fuck her. If you don't, then don't. This isn't some differential equations class. Keep it simple.

Look man, and I'm just being for real, if you assume she's going to gain 20-30 lbs over the next 2-3 years, you'll be fine. With that said, there's nothing wrong with putting her on an ass-building fitness program if you've got the game to make that happen.

They aren't helpless. They're wired to pull as much as they can from the people around them. That's just what they are as individuals, and that's why you have to learn to be comfortable with saying no to them. Keep in mind that they can't help it. It's like getting mad at a retarded kid for shitting in the floor or getting mad at a tree for growing leaves. It's just what they do. The reason it bothers me is that I'm always the one doing favors in all these relationships. I don't remember the las…

Is it a waste of time to try to nurture or make her better with no intention other than just being a good human being? That doesn't make you a good human being.

You've been trained to feel like this. You weren't born this way. NMMNG and WISNIFG both address this type of thing, and that's why they're both such required reading. Very, very long story short, this is a part of your conditioning that keeps you from expressing your actual worth as a man.

Is having a panic attack like a social suicide No. If she doesn't like it, fuck her and the horse she rode in on. Just keep doing your thing dude.

Dropshipping is useless if you don't know how to drive traffic to something. It's just a way of monetizing getting eyeballs on something. There are plenty of other ways to monetize, but getting people to look in the first place is where you need to start instead of getting married to a particular way of monetizing traffic before you learn to crawl.

What the fuck are you doing posting on Reddit instead of breaking up with her? Why are you all like omfg my girlfriend is doing shit that makes her no longer girlfriend material, how should I talk to her in a way that doesn't hurt her feelings? Grow a fucking sack and take up for yourself dude. This shit is not acceptable. She doesn't get another chance after this shit. You are worth more than that bullshit.

You are basing your entire self-worth on what she thinks instead of what you're doing. It's not that serious, but you've been conditioned to think that being verified by a woman is the most important thing.

Follow local people and people who have similar interests based on hashtags. Go through and unfollow some of them steadily who don't follow you back. Repeat.

"You'd totally be my type if I wasn't gay" is a long-standing PUA line. It generally has to be done in a way where she suspects you aren't serious.

That's fine. She gets her alpha fix from you and her beta fix from them.

The main problem is I now feel as if I can't trust her. You shouldn't have felt like you could trust her in the first place. She's not yours. It's just your turn.

I mean we can tell you how to brush your teeth red pill style if you want, but that's not going to help you. Do what you fucking want instead of doing some shit because you think it'll help you get a girl. You're not a goddamn dancing monkey who exists to make women feel good.

What're your thoughts on a guy sending that to a woman? It was extremely tryhard and therefore unattractive. And any thoughts on why so many guys are defending sending messages like that? It's a loser's idea of what a winner would say.

There are literally women everywhere you go. You really don't need to make this more complicated than it is.

Your entire post is dripping with wanting her approval. However, you didn't list one single thing in any of it that you should give a shit about. That's why you can't see the solution: She's poking you so that you'll push back because she wants to feel your manliness. In RP circles, this is a variety of shit test. In BDSM circles, we'd call this bratty behavior. She's essentially flirting with you and inviting you to escalate in some way, but you're missing it because you're failing the test due…

It can if you're a bit ham-fisted with it, but preselection is a thing for a reason. This ultimately comes down to active dread (ie: the kind you don't want) and passive dread (ie: the kind you do want) if you want further reading. The short version is that you don't want to look like a tryhard who is trying to convince people that you can hang out with girls. Instead, it should just be a natural part of what comes along with knowing you as a person.

If your motivation is lowered by rejection, then that means that the origin of your motivation is eternal. Within the RP praxeology, this is ultimately an issue of frame and mental point of origin. You fix this by making the origin of your motivation internal, but it's more than that. This is simply a symptom of the bigger problem.

Absolutely nothing that you listed is anything that you need to do. With that said, your problem is pretty clear: You aren't doing these things for yourself. You're doing them for the approval of other people. That's why they feel like needs. You're in a reactive state of mind where you're responding to what you feel like are demands of the outside world. Instead, you should start with yourself and what you want as your mental point of origin and go from there.

After reading your post and comments, the obvious play is to keep doing what you've been doing until you get your qualification. From there, you bounce. It's pretty established right now that the best way to make money in anything resembling a corporate environment is to make a switch to a new company every 2-3 years. A small amount of Googling can break down why that is.
